Tyler Laquatra showed up on time and was very professional. He looked over the whole property and spent a lot of time answering all of my questions until I felt very comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ian and Mike worked hard to get me under contract even though I was just in the getting estimate portion of my project. I ultimately did decided to get the new gutters and they were installed next day however to my surprise all new gutters on the whole house does NOT include downspouts. So I have shiny new white gutters around the top hooked up to 30 year old downspouts. This was definitely not what I expected for the price 🤬

Amending my initial review after service was completed.... I wish I would've read all of the horror stories before my install but you live & you learn. There were no calls/texts letting me know when the installer was coming, a 1 day job turned into 2 b/c of course they found issues which allegedly they didn't know about when I was 1st quoted and the installer didn't talk to me about it at all. He just called the home office & they called me. The whole thing has me feeling kinda gross. Oh & the filter isn't guaranteed against clogs, just the gutter so the most expensive thing to get has to be replaced or serviced. Like I said, you live & you learn...

I recently got an estimate from one of the most polite and well dressed salesmen I have encountered in years. Alex of Bedford/Cleveland was well spoken and did not leave out any details concerning the product and services for my house. He gave me a quick and fair appraisal and I was happy to accept his business. Now, we shall see if he is as quick with his handy work as he is with his wit and charm 😉

Just had gutter filters installed on house last week--so far, so good. We dealt with a sales person and then an installer. Both were courteous and professional. The price we paid was less than a quote we got for similar product. They did what they said they would do, when they would do it. Double plus good!

Ian was thorough in explaining the Leaf filter materials and was not pushy on installation. He came and gave an estimate on what putting filters around the house would be. He was friendly and personable and I appreciated that he wasn’t simply trying to sell me on a product.

I had LeafFilter come and give a quote. Terri was very informative and gave a lot of detail about the company and about my specific quote. I had some ice/snow damage and Terri walked me through everything that was being recommended in terms of repair and also filter system. I feel like I have peace of mind going with LeafFilter.

My experience with LeafFilter was great.
I would give it a 5. Sales rep very friendly. She knew her business and was NOT pushy to get the sale. (If she had been the job would not have been contracted by me). The installer arrived at approximate time I was given, was very friendly and polite. More importantly, he was very efficient at his job-got it done and cleaned up before he left

The sales rep came out on Halloween, was very professional and upfront about services included, prices and laid out payment options. After he left, he still walked me through the financing application to help make the process more efficient. The tech came out 5 days later, I was leaving but he gave a quick rundown and when I returned home he finished the job adjusting and cleaning the gutters, installing the lead filter on the garage and house and walked me through his checklist. He was very personable, polite, and professional. Highly recommend LeafFilter!

We had a wonderful experience today with Alex Ringenbach from LeafFilter. He was pleasant and informative we now know about all the protection the system supplies and we are looking forward to not having to get up on a latter to clean our gutters any more. Alex worked with us to make this possible.

We worked with Howard for the initial up front estimate to install new gutters (our front one fell off due to heavy ice dam). He also provided an estimate for repairing and upgrading the rest of the gutters around the house. Howard was very friendly and professional and gave us a thorough walk through so we could understand what we're purchasing. Very fast service, as well. Looking forward to the install, and I will update the review once we've had a chance to see the final product!

I had LeafFilter come out and replace gutters and downspouts, and install gutter covers. First of all, the technician that came out (Ryan) was very cordial and hard-working, I would rate him a 5-star. The only reason I rated 4-star is this was a 2-man job and they sent him out all by himself with a new truck/equip he had to set up prior to starting job; this resulted in not starting actual job till 1:00pm and not finishing until 8:00pm, 1 1/2 hours after dark. It was also a cold, snowy, and windy day, and I have a 2-story colonial home . I was not real keen that part of my gutter installation took place after dark and clean-up occurred in the dark. Hopefully, there are no future structural or performance issues due to completion of my job in the dark. As a side not, one of my upper level screens was punctured during the removal/installation, and I will have to repair that.

Howard Stahl of LeafFilter was on time for our appointment, professional and informative. He didn't high pressure sell. The installation appointment was made immediately and at date of my convenience. The crew that did the work were on time, professional and cleaned up. The job they did custom making the gutters, installing the LeafFilter system and hanging the completed gutter system was well done. They are beautiful! As a Realtor, I appreciate the immediate improvement of the homes curb appeal. And that the gutters and system have a Lifetime TRANSFERRIBLE guaranty which is a great selling point. I would recommend LeafFilter to everyone.

Tyler was prompt and very professional. He took the time to explain the new and improved system and how it was designed better than the old system we had at a previous home. He was also able to provide a price that was affordable and scheduled installation within a week.

Had permanent Lighting installed in front and sides of house in December. Love the look and all of the possibilities... more than we could ever use. The convenience of an app connected by WiFi to a central unit in the garage is amazing. We liked it so much, we just added a new zone of lighting on the back of the house. Special thanks to the sales team, installers and operations. Looking forward to exploring as many of the lighting possibilities as possible.

Alex was very friendly, professional, informative, and respectful. He took the time to explain everything in detail. I love how he took pictures and showed us everything as he was explaining what was wrong and the process of how to fix it. He was very personable. I love how he showed respect by taking his boots off at the door instead of tracking dirt and snow in the home. He worked really hard to get us financed as well so we could afford the project without breaking the bank. 10/10 would definitely recommend alex for helping anyone who needs their gutters replaced or a leaf filter system. Great customer service with a friendly smile and warm personality. 😀

I would like to begin by expressing how much we love our new lighting system. The days of struggling with ladders, nails, hooks, and enduring cold weather to install lights are now a thing of the past.
Our sales representative, Edwin, was truly exceptional. He was a delightful individual. While I typically do not make a purchase on the initial offer, we were compelled to do so this time due to his engaging personality, the quality of the product, and the comprehensive warranty.

I must also commend Sean, the installer, for his outstanding professionalism. He executed the installation of the lights and hardware flawlessly, without causing any damage to our home, which is a testament to his skill, especially when compared to some other contractors we have encountered.
