Please stop calling me! I told you we weren't interested in an estimate when you called me on October 11th. I said no again when you called me on October 30th. I told you to stop calling me when you called again on October 31st. Why did you call me again today?? (January 22nd) No means no! Unacceptable!

Awesome company with great customer service. I got a quote on my VCT to be stripped and waxed and had a crew out within the week to get it done. It looks like a brand new floor! Wish I would have taken a before and after picture. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed in the quality of service. It started out good before IntegriServ bought out the company we had used for years. Then it was sloppy, sloppy, lazy "cleaning". Not dependable to show up on a specific day set by them. When we complained things got worse. Contacted local management, Doug but he was not willing to help resolve the issues. The next time the cleaners no showed I contacted corporate in Ohio and was impressed when the VP of company spoke with me. He appeared sympathetic to my issues and understood why I did not want them to return for their last cleaning of the month and let me know he would personally oversee I was sent a refund check. Well the following week the crew unexpectedly showed up to clean while I was out of the office that way they wouldn't have to refund us for the last service they missed. When I got to the office after they were gone, you could not tell they had even cleaned. The floor had debris all over, the bathrooms were not touched. I wish I would have fired them soon but I just kept giving them changes and they just were not interested in doing the work.
