The workers from Mighty Ducts were very friendly and explained the procedure of cleaning my dryer vent every step of the way. They did a very thorough job, which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend!

The workers were professonal. Compared to my previous home's results, there wasn't as much debris this time. I did however notice it did eliminate a lot of dust because my allergies were much better. They did misread my order, but the issue was resolved before the technicians left my home. Glad I had it done by Mighty Ducts.

We're 2 for 2 using the Mighty Ducts at 5 year intervals for home central duct cleaning. Having hired more well known national chain brands like Stanley and Coit in the past, l know we get a more thorough cleaning, and FAR more experienced and friendly staff. We'll be calling you guys back in 5 years!

Had a great experience. Wish I remembered the name of the guy who came to clean our ducts so I could give him a shoutout because he was great and did a very thorough job. Our vents had been blowing cool air except in a few areas and getting them cleaned resolved the issue.

Poor communication of expectations during initial appointment setup. It wasn’t made clear that the process to clean duct system would be a beyond three hour process once equipment was set up. Also, it wasn’t made clear that every room in the house needed to be accessible, furniture would need to be moved and that I should expect to take half a day off work.

PDF should be emailed out with appointment setup-up that defines timelines, rooms with returns need to be available and accessible for equipment and overall processes and procedures. The first time hearing this shouldn’t be the morning of in my kitchen.

Great company and professional from the first call through the work itself. Highly detailed, honest, and thorough. They fully explained the process, showed up on time (early actually!) and finished in the time they quoted. Price was fair and they did a great job. They even made friends with the cats. Would highly recommend.

The Tech that came out is very professional, explain the procesd to me of what he will be doing to clean my air ducts and gave me estimated time when he would be finish. I had no problem. The price was in my budget and Im very happy and satisfied with the service I received

From the first phone call to inquire about there services to an easy scheduling to the technician coming out to do the job. Everyone was very polite and helpful not pushy at all. The technician was very respectful and polite and came in and did his job completely. I couldn’t have asked for a better job and the price was reasonable. Very positive experience. Technicians were professional and courteous, and thoroughly explained what services would be performed and how long the job would take to complete given the size of my home and the specifics of my HVAC system (3+ hours). The guys were meticulous and thoroughly cleaned the entire system. Clean up was nicely done. Price was on the high side but well worth it considering it’s been more than 10 years since that the last cleaning.

We've used Mighty Ducts twice now (8 years ago and then again recently), and we've been happy with the results both times. We're a family of severe allergy sufferers, so having the dust cleared from our vents is important to us. We're pretty militant about dusting our house, but it still piles up in the duct work. Mighty Ducts are professional and efficient and their prices are fair - the price hadn't gone up too much over the 8-year stretch, plus they offer discounts to returning customers. We plan to use them again in the future!

Our team from Mighty Ducts did an excellent job! Rob & Tay were punctual, knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. In addition, they went above and beyond the expectations of the job in that they advised us of some issues with some of our ductwork that need to be repaired. Rob texted me photos of the issues and described what needs to be repaired to make the system function better. So so helpful! Really happy with our choice to work with Mighty Ducts. We will definitely choose them again and highly recommend!
