On a Sunday morning, we realized we needed a repair technician. Within three hours, the technician was at our house.

He explained the issue with the system and gave recommendations on how to address the problem, including the potential need for further repairs (it’s an old system).

He quickly completed the repair, and the price was very reasonable.

We strongly recommend this company, and intend to use it for our future HVAC needs.

They installed two thermostats for me, one of which required a five-wire connection. The team completed the work quickly and efficiently, and the price was surprisingly reasonable. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Thompson Hoven for any heating and cooling needs!

I have no heat and the woman who schedules for this company is playing power trip games with my work schedule knowing I am in a vulnerable position. She persisted to give condescending comments and continually interupted me. How horrible the character of some people are! Will be reporting incident to BBB.

Shawn and his team are great! They helped us by fixing an unforeseen issue with a ductwork in a home we recently purchased. From the first phone call to service completion, everyone was professional, very kind, and timely. We are very satisfied with their work and service!

I’m so excited there aren’t enough rating stars! I’m going to have to summarize my experience. I was introduced to Thompson Hovan’s Heating and Cooling through a home warranty claim. Just when I thought the light was completely burned out with a pending claim for over a month, I was very WRONG!!!! I was notified that a Technician would be out quickly (within 24 hours) and I felt anxious and excited all at the same time. Kevin not only showed up very professionally but he did the darn thing. He was compassionate and empathetic because this has been a long process and he insured me I would have answers before he left. He took his time and checked EVERY SINGLE COMPONENT of my AC to ensure there would be no issues with the Warranty Company! Before Kevin left I had an email from the Warranty company. I can’t forget about Paula she was phenomenal as well from the initial call I’m sure she felt my frustrations and she too was compassionate. Despite being upset about the other VERY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANIES, I’m glad it happened because if not I’d of never been blessed with the opportunity to be serviced by Thompson Hovan’s Heating and Cooling. I’m excited and looking forward to this experience. I will also share my experience and the information for the Company with friends and family in need of services. I can’t thank Thompson Hovan’s Heating and Cooling enough….. Kevin was pleasant, efficient, determined to correct our furnace issue (which was challenging). He came back a second time to make an adjustment when I called the very next day after he installed a new switch. I feel he was knowledgeable in the HVAC industry, and I would be pleased to have Thompson Hovan's services again.
