I was extremely impressed from the first phone call, through the time the service was complete. Everyone was extremely professional, very responsive, and super friendly. Shawn and Mike came and installed the new unit and both were super professional and very well mannered.

Brad came out to complete 2 jobs at my house, water damaged drywall and a leaky sink in my half bath. He quickly assessed the problems, gathered the tools, then had everything done in about an hour. Ceiling looks new and no more leaks! Job well done ✅

We had a bunch of different companies sent to the house and nobody actually fixed the problem. Brad came in explained what the problem was and explained what the other guys didn’t do and then he fixed it. He was cool and the work was done and the leaks has stopped.

Surprisingly unfriendly techs- very sloppy looking, no smiling, no introductions
They dug a hole in the flower bed looking for a pipe, and when I requested that they don’t scatter the dirt all around, he said “that’s the least of my worries, you can fix it”
They also didn’t respect my daughter’s request to avoid trampling her flowers! Cmon guys you can do better!!

I recently had Thompson Hovan's save the day by fixing my furnace when my husband was out of town. They did great work and in a timely manor. Brian is very skilled in his profession and I was very pleased with his work. I will definitely have them work on my furnace if needed in the future and will advise anyone else I know to do the same. I called and spoke to the owner explained I need a new bathroom sink put in they came out at 8am and done in an hour. Knowledgeable polite and cleaned up. I would highly recommend using them.

Brad and Rob were very professional.They were accommodating to the fact that I was working at home. They ensured I would be able to close my bathroom door which the last people didn’t do. They took their time and really fixed my floor. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied. They even entertained my youngest who can be a bit much.

Thompson Hovan's came out more than once for an ongoing and complicates plumbing issue. Courteous and easy to work with. On the final visit to fix the issue they did great work quickly and took the time to clean up. Would definitely use again!

Brad and Mike were better than great! Very nice and they helped me by explaining things, what to do if this or that happens. Even told me how to fix refrigerator ! When Guys like this are in your house repairing things and being so nice, it is a comfort to know that they are making sure it's done right. These guys have a great attitude and when they left I was confident in their work

We called Thompson Hovan desperate when our air conditioner broke during the hottest day of the year. They squeezed us in last minute and brought 6 workers to get the job done as quickly as possible. We highly recommend their services and are grateful to them for the great work at a fair price !

Quite literally, the kindest people we have interacted with! Our schedules are wild and they’ve been so kind to work with that and we had little kiddos and dogs and Shawn has been to our home twice in the last two weeks for two different issues. He’s so kind! So great with the kids, so great with the dogs! Explains everything so well! They’re such a wholesome company! 12/10 stars! Definitely recommend! Ask for Shawn!

Shawn and his team are incredible! They are extremely reliable, fair priced, and quick to respond. My wife and I owned a few houses within the suburbs of Cleveland. Being out of state investors, we found it extremely challenging to find people you can depend on. Thompson Hovan’s Heating and Cooling were one of the few companies that we could trust and always had our back. I would highly recommend this team!
