Chris came out and I had a quote in 3 days. I asked if we could delay until after Labor Day as we had company coming over. Chris called me and 2 days after Labor Day they started at 7:30 am. The workers from JT were very polite and went over what I was expecting. My wife and I had to leaving during the tree removal when my wife got home she was thrilled by how well the debris was cleaned and not a sign of there work was seen ( except for the missing tree) I was extremely happy from the first phone call to the last. Very professional.. the crew was personal and respectful.. did an amazing job... It would have taken me 2 weeks to do what they did in a couple of hours and they left my property looking pristine.. most of all there rates are affordable.. 5 stars... would recommend!!
Excellent Service. They did more than expected. Besides ripping out a row of 5 trees mixed with scraggly brush, and some debris, they cleaned off my roof that the trees had been dropping sticks and small branches upon. After they left i climbed on the roof to clean (for the last time) the leaves those trees had dumped in the rain gutters and they had cleaned that too! My wife handled most of the specifics so I'll let her tell their work. I have to say from start to finish, initial phone call to the fellas-so many I felt like a fortune 500 company Gold star treatment-friendly/professional/hard working/no translator needed-these men came to work! Arrived on time, stayed till every thing I asked for was taken care of-even did work I was not expecting! The owner, Tyler, was right there in the thick of it operating the large equipment, and brother let me tell ya there was large commercial equipment that I didnt even know existed-tree stumper/grinder, commercial blower 2 or 3 in almost constant operation, cherry buckets, I was BLOWN AWAY AT every aspect choreographed like fine honed machines! They worked so hard I made sure to keep them fed and hydrated-it was hella hot day but they just worked like it didn't even phase them! Chris made sure I had all their licenses/insurance/state license contractos info/ pre-quote and agreed to quote info-EVERYTHING i ASKED FOR DOCUMENTS wise they happily emailed or texted as requested! I had to wait on and worry for nothing! Far as pricing goes....they came under every other ( i researched 7! companies-they came under bid all even 1/2! of two other companies I selected! It was so refreshing to work with a company that employed American workers/no language barrier-all actual employees-no contractor guys-they knew the boss was there(OWNER AND ME!) every square inch of the downspouts, the driveway, the side/front/back yards-meticulous free of every branch, leaf, sawdust from the stump grinding, clean as a whistle! You can't go wrong with these guys....I only wish I had more trees for them to remove! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars, XCEPTIONAL COMPANY/CREW/EXPERIENCE! What a wonderful experience. We had a VERY large tree. They quoted a reasonable price, called the day before they were going to cut it down. Came on time and the yard was just as clean or maybe cleaner when they left. I always try to use local, always try to provide accurate reviews. I highly recommend this company if you need tree removal and stump grinding. Fantastic job!!! Thank you SO MUCH. For reference, the dog is over 100 lbs.
JT Tree Service deserves every single one of these five stars! We had an old, enormous tree that needed to be safely removed from our property, and we also required complete stump removal afterward. The team arrived in Springfield exactly when they said they would. They were incredibly professional, focused heavily on safety for our property and their crew, and worked efficiently. Watching them take down the massive tree was impressive—they clearly know their business. The stump grinding portion was just as excellent. They ground the stump down far below the surface and performed a meticulous cleanup. You can barely tell a tree was ever there. Our yard was left spotless. If you are in the Springfield, Ohio area and need fast, reliable, and professional tree and stump removal, you absolutely must call JT Tree Service. Outstanding job and worth every penny!
JT Tree Service came out and did an outstanding job of removing a tree that was surrounded by obstacles such as our home electric line, pole lines by the road, and the house itself. The technician was very professional and was done in 25 mins. The equipment he used was state of the art articulating boom, dropped it right inside of obstacles and took the tree down step by step, he made it look easy. Very impressed with the technician and company experience overall. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
