Excellent job! Professional and personal! Our home never looked (and smelled) so good. Our bathrooms aren’t just clean-they’re sparkling. Our floors are also so clean they look brand new and having two children (under the age of two) that’s very important as their little hands are all over them. The only downfall (for my family) is that our stove is soooo clean I almost don’t want to cook for them🤣

The service was awesome…our house hadn’t had a “deep clean” in 2 months…what a joy with the work done! Clean yes, but so far beyond! Surfaces, floors, bathrooms, countertops, hidden dust bunny havens, you name it…ALL we’re spotless! We look forward to regular cleanings now, thank you Psalms, so much!!

They were on time and did an amazing job. I have 3 kids 2 are toodlers and a dog they got my house looking amazing. They also cleaning some of my family members homes as well. They are very professional and caring. I highly recommend using this company.

Came right in and started high dusting … even hit the ceiling fans using a ladder and really deep cleaning….Not just a quick swiffer. Overall the level of detail cleaning is what we wanted in terms of paying to have a cleaning service to do the kind of cleaning we never seem to get around to - nothing but good things to say about these folks.

Michael and Soraia were recently hired to clean our office, and we have been very satisfied with their service. They arrive at a consistent time every week bringing all the necessary supplies.
They are incredibly thorough, paying attention to every detail. Additionally, they request feedback after every clean to ensure the customer is happy.

Prompt , courteous and exceptional cleaning. I can't say enough about Psalm Cleaning Services. They used their own products and equipment and even verified with me allergies to certain sents. They asked me the areas I wanted to focus on and got to work. Everything was spotless and no time was wasted. They worked around medical equipment and made sure everything was safely plugged back in and repositioned afterward. The even made us feel like we were at spa with a toilet paper flower in the bath. Going forward we are having them out monthly. They are truly a wonderful service.

Psalm Services comes to clean our entire older home on a regular basis. Our house has never looked this good. It is an old Cleveland Heights that is hard to clean. The 2 workers are deligent and skillful. I have very specific requests , which they perform thoroughly and then some. The workers are professional yet pleasant, and Michael, the owner, is responsive, flexible , and clearly cares about my satisfaction. Good, clear communication. Past bad experiences with house cleaners have included being stolen from, being spoken to rudely, being untimely or not showing up at all, jobs half-done, damage done to our house and equipment, et.al.! I am confident that I will never have
any of those sorts of issues with Psalm Services. I am happy to have found them and look forward to regular future service.

I’ve used Psalm cleaning services now repeatedly, which for me that says it all! I was looking for a small business, with people that would not rotate on who they send over. Michael and his wife are so nice, and Gabriella too, they all provide that level of customer service most people want, but is hard to find… I’m very happy to have met them! Amazing people, the ladies are wonderfully kind to me and my dog, friendly, hard-working, and you can tell they take pride and care about their work! I hope continue to use them for a long time! My father and I hired Psalm Services remotely to clean the house of my disabled 87yo aunt. After our disappointing experience with several other local house cleaning companies, we were expecting the same results: they start out good and then the quality of the cleaning erodes. Thankfully, I made one last effort to find some help for my aunt and Psalm Services were the answer to our prayers! I can’t say enough about this company. We have been using them for close to one year now and not once have we been disappointed with their work. Communication is excellent. They show up when they say they are going to and on rare occasion, if they are running behind schedule, we receive a phone call or a text message. They never leave us wondering if they were going to come or not, which was our experience with other companies. Pricing is very reasonable and they have never gouged us with add-on charges. In fact, they went above and beyond when after a snowstorm, the owner shoveled the walkway and driveway for my aunt, at no additional charge. They did not even try and take credit for doing that, I would not have known had my aunt not notified me Psalm Services has been a God send for my family and I can’t recommend them strongly enough.

So glad I took the chance on this small local company. I was able to continue working while they made improvements in other spaces in my home. When I finished my workday, I was really floored by the improvements I saw in my spaces. They were diligent, pleasant, and respectful. During my nighttime routine, I even discovered a dainty little paper rosette left after they cleaned my washroom. My sleep after that visit was amazing and prompted not only a 5-star review but also prompted my scheduling again and again.

I recently purchased a new home and called them for a clean-out after all my items were moved. I was preparing the space for a new rental tenant but after walking through once they finished, I jokingly told a friend the place was so clean I might move back in!! LOL…
I was there 18 years and had 3 pets in that time but was so happy to put my tenant in a freshly cleaned and deodorized space. On the day my tenant moved in, there was no sign fur-babies had ever been there. Now that’s great cleaning in my estimation!

In the new house we’ve not done lots of cleaning just yet but I found myself overwhelmed with a plethora of boxed items yet in almost no time, the ladies had books out of boxes & neatly in their new permanent place in the recessed bookcases. They sorted and corralled things to create order so items could be purged or put away with order. Further, they helped me set up my pantry, broke down boxes, washed dishes, folded clean laundry… such a treasure at a time that I felt I was in over my head.

My properties are so much better for the work done by Psalm Cleaning and I’m so glad to have found this service! You should consider taking a chance on them as I did! Just please don’t take my next appointment… LOL... Blessings!

Contacted gutter guys for a much needed cleaning. The rear gutters were cleaned. However, the front gutters were left untouched. I’m assuming that they didn’t clean them bc the front has a cover on it. Even though I confirmed twice to make sure that would not be an issue or perhaps an additional cost. They’ve been paid and I’m still left with a waterfall.

They followed up and made it right in the end.
