We have gutters low and very high above ground level. Mike took advantage of the first no-freeze days last week and cleaned our gutters in 30 min. The ground was pristine clean after he left. I would absolutely recommend The Gutter Boys.

A little over a month ago, a large branch fell on my back gutter and ruined it. The Gutter Boys of Berea gave me a good price to replace it. While it took a bit of time to schedule the replacement work, when they did arrive, they were quick and clean. They completed the replacement work in about two hours, and they did an excellent job. So much so that I'm going to need to replace the front-of-house gutters soon.

Their service was excellent. Not only did Austin (?) do a first-rate job, he was careful around the landscaping, so nothing was trampled in any of my beds. I was truly amazed at how quiet the operation. I kept checking at the windows, thinking he hadn't got started, but he moved steadily...it just wasn't the roaring sound I was expecting. Austin made sure that I looked over the job before he left, and answered any questions I had. He's an excellent asset for your company.

My husband and I appreciated that the metal garage doors were skipped from the turbo wash, as requested. We didn't want the paint coming off.

Also kudos to Joey, the team lead, for handling everything efficiently over the phone.

The Gutter Boys did a very good job. Our leaves hadn't been picked up by the city yet, so Eric and his helper saved me the $15 'haul-away' fee and instead blew the leaves to the curb. This was no doubt more work for them than the haul-away. They also identified some loose tiles on our roof. I thanked them with a tip because they'd saved me a lot of raking and cleanup, AND the gutters are ready for winter!

Gutter Boys has always done great work for me. Yesterday Tommy cleaned my gutters, and I was very pleased with his work. He took time to answer all my questions and listen to my concerns, and to clean gutters in January is no easy task. I will happily continue to use them as needed.

I am amending this review after working with the Gutter Boys to resolve an issue, they have been very professional about addressing the incident.

I took issue with service done on my gutters and made it known to the company. They were very cooperative, voided the invoice, and sent a supervisor Ryan C. over to the property to have the work done properly. Ryan provided photos of the finished job and the gutters look nice and clean, below are some examples.

Mike and Jason came ready and prepared to turn our yard into simple, clean and neat with river rock. It I lay took a day and a half. Were super happy.

My plow truck broke on the way out to plow our office on Christmas morning. Called a bunch of places and nobody called back. Called Kren's and got an answer. He said they were busy but would definitely get there. He stayed in touch throughout the day and got the job done before we opened the next day. We would definitely use them again.

Christmas Day I called Mike to help my mom with the huge amount of snow we had. She’s 65 and I don’t think her snowblower could have gotten through it. He said no problem! Great work and great price! Going to do it again next snowfall! Thank-you for saving Christmas!!!!!

I simply can’t say enough great things about the professional expertise of Mike Kren and his crew, their timeliness and absolutely beautiful results. Our new house had neglected beds, overgrown bushes and dead trees. Kren’s transformed the spaces into a work of art. The creativity and care that went into each part of our yard is evident. Our neighbors constantly tell us the house has never looked so good! We are so pleased!!

Mike and his crew did a spring cleanup, mulch, stone, and planting of some shrubs. Everything looks fantastic, very responsive to emails and texts. Mike re-purposed some plants and also offered suggestions and design with the stone in the backyard. Overall great experience.

We hired Mike the owner and his crew back at the beginning of May to do a spring clean up, and to prune and cut back our shrubs and trees and to cut back the mulch beds in our yard. He showed up at our home at 6am by himself and without a crew. When we asked why he was alone he said he can’t find reliable people and he also told us he was only able to work on our yard for a limited time and he would have to come back and finish another day. This concerned us as we were under the understanding that our entire job would be completed that day. Mike finished the spring clean up but did not cut back our trees or finish cutting back our mulch beds. He told me that he still needed to be paid in full but assured me that he would be back in the next couple weeks to finish the work. I foolishly took him at his word and wrote him a check for the entire job and he left. I texted him a week later to see when he planned to come back and finish the job and he said he would look at his schedule and let me know. He never got back to me. My husband than reached out and texted him again after I did when the heavy rain had stopped and asked when he planned to finish our job and he apologized and said he would be over to finish everything the following week. He never showed up or contacted us further. This was all back in May and June. It’s August now and we clearly realize he never intended to finish the job we paid him in full to do. We feel taken advantage of and don’t believe his company is even legitimate.

We hired them to do weekly lawn maintenance. They would never come on said days that they promise and had to beg and pester them to come because we felt forgotten about. One of the times they did it in the pouring rain leaving our lawn messy and cut up with spots missed. The main complaint is that they don’t come when they say they’re going to come and then their excuse is that they’re backed up or their mowers broke which is not our problem. This is a paid service and he acted like we are a burden. If you can’t handle too many clients then you should have never agreed to it. When asked for the final bill he acted like he was happy and not once did he ever apologize. We hired them at the end of April and this was all in 6 weeks time. We gave them multiple chances. Unbelievable and awful service and truly disappointing.
