HVAC reviews in Berea, Ohio

I had a great experience with Ben’s! They were very nice and showed genuine knowledge about their work. I appreciated how thorough they were throughout the entire process. They kept me updated every step of the way, which made me feel reassured. It’s nice to know you’re in good hands, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable air duct services!

Ben’s Air Duct Cleaning service was awesome! They were very kind and professional, and they did excellent work! They shared photos with me to show me what the air ducts looked like before and after, and sent me the photos for my records. They were in and out in under 2 1/2 hours. They also offered a great price compared to other places I had received estimates from. I highly recommend them!

Ben’s came on time & they were professional & very polite. Good communication when booking & explanations of how it all works. They wore booties over their shoes to keep my new carpet clean. They did a great job cleaning & sanitizing the vents & putting back any furniture they had to move to access the vents. The pictures before & after are very good. I would highly recommend them. They did not try to over sell any extra options either, just made suggestions.

Service Texhs were great. Kept things clean! Very efficient crew! Great service!

Ben's Air Duct Cleaning provided excellent service. Communication was clear and scheduling was easy. The technicians were friendly and professional. I was able to watch the process and ask questions to learn more about my duct system as they worked. There is an immediate noticeable difference in the air quality after the cleaning. I plan on using Ben's again in the future and would recommend to others. Thank you.

Recently hired Ben's Air Duct Cleaning to come out and clean our recently purchased home. He was extremely professional throughout the entire process!!! The before and after pictures are truly incredible. My son has asthma and Ben made sure to be very tentative to this, which I appreciate! It shows he really cares about the work he's doing!! He took his time, kept me updated and made sure I understood everything! I truly appreciate this as it is hard to come by now a days! Would def recommend him to anyone!!!

Ben’s air duct services did a great job. Kept me informed along with being on time! Would recommend.

Ben’s Air Duct Cleaning did an amazing job! I was so impressed with the 2 gentleman that came to my home. They were so respectful and polite. I’ve had multiple technicians and such in my home over the last year and Ben’s was by far the best to work with. I also really appreciate that they didn’t hand me a tablet asking for a tip!!! I will be recommending them to all my family and friends!

Ben's crew did a great job, they were friendly, explained the process and showed me the work after! I am glad we got it done!

Bosh did a great job. He was on time and professional. I'd highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

My technician Baz , was hands down polite, efficient, cleaned up after himself! I can feel the difference already! Thanks ! I will recommend this company to my friends and family!

It was a great crew, and the before/after of the vent system is incredible! Very efficient too. Would highly recommend Ben’s to anyone.

Highly recommended company for Air Duct cleaning...Terek was very professional and nice.He explained everything they were doing and the results were fabulous...Pictures of the ducts before and after the cleaning...If you need your ducts cleaned,Ben's Air Duct cleaning is the way to go.....

Called Ben's Air Duct Cleaning to get a dryer vent cleaned. I am nearly 100% blind, and Tarek did a fantastic job describing issues he encountered with the dryer vent. He went above and beyond to make sure the dryer vent was cleaned and that a hole in the soft flex vent was fixed. He even took time to vacuum the parts of the laundry room that ended up with lint. Nicely done!

They were very helpful and thorough. I appreciated the pictures from the inside of the ducts before and after the appointment. They offered additional services, but only what was needed and explained why. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job cleaning our duct system! The pictures they took before and after were very helpful to see just how much we needed this service- and how clean everything is now. Highly recommend!

After research I picked Ben’s Duct cleaning! Called company , spoke with Brandon. Very polite. Answered my questions and Duct cleaning date made. Tech was on time. Very nice, Personable, and knowledgeable. I recommend, and will certainly use them again!

I was shocked at how dirty my ducts were until I saw the before-and-after pictures! From the moment I called, the team was professional, explained every step, and did an amazing job. Their pricing was very fair compared to others, especially for the quality of service. I used to mop daily because of dust and still couldn’t breathe easily, but since getting them cleaned the airflow feels so much better!!!

Tarek was personal, friendly and did an outstanding job not only at my house, but at my parents house as well. Would highly recommend him and his crew!

Ben’s duct cleaning did a great job. I had no idea how much stuff was in our ducts. The booking team was great and the guys who came and performed the work were great as well. Would highly recommend them.

Very professional. Did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.
