From the first contact, Ben was great. He was very thorough with the explanation of services and what to expect and took time to answer all my questions. Scheduling service was super smooth and easy.

Derek from Ben’s ADC did an awesome job. He provided a heads up that he was on his way. Showed up on time and got straight to it. I am very pleased with all the work he did. The before and after pictures are a nice bonus to the service you get, it really shows you how effective their cleaning processes are. It was amazing to see how clean he was able to get the ducts.
My only regret is not getting them cleaned sooner, but better late than never. I noticed an immediate improvement in air quality. I absolutely recommend using Ben’s Air Duct Cleaning and will be using them again in the future.

Mike is the man. My A/C Unit on my new home wasn’t kicking on and I feared the worst, a new unit replacement. I called Mike on a whim first thing in the morning, he was able to identify the problem, FIX the problem with parts on hand in the truck right then and there and out the door in under an hour later that afternoon. He and J&R really saved the day here and I cannot recommend them more!
