We had a problem with our pool automation control board. Our insurance took nearly 2 months to send an unqualified pool service company who took 1 month to report that they could not fix it. We received a referral to Bates HVAC from Lanigan pools and two days later had a plan. Installation was quick and thorough. I will use nobody but Bates HVAC from this day forward! Excellent service!!

Bates HVAC is an extremely professional, courteous, and thorough company. From my initial phone call to set up an appointment all the way until being invoiced, everything was handled in a professional manner, and quickly too! Jason was wonderful in explaining everything in a way a regular customer can understand. Very honest. I especially prefer to hire smaller, family owned companies vs. the big conglomerates. Jason did an outstanding job of taking care of our pleated. A board needed to be replaced, which was on back order for a couple months due to supply chain issues. However, Jason provided a temporary fix that held until the board was replaced. We appreciated his help so much that we have moved our heating and air maintenance to his company. Bates HVAC was very responsive when I called. Work was very nice quality and he came out quickly for maintenance and cleaning my furnaces. My furnaces are older but he was very honest in stating they were still functioning fine. He did some necessary work to update them to function efficiently and clean them. He was reasonably priced as well. He and his wife are very friendly and also love they are a local family owned business!

My experience was great from the moment I called until the moment my issue was resolved. Heather, the receptionist, was kind and compassionate and urgently got me on the schedule. They have a text message system that gives you a 1 hour window for when your technician will arrive and sends you another text when he is on the way. Jason was prompt, professional and went above and beyond to get my heat back up and running before I left for vacation. I cannot recommend them enough!

One of the best service calls I have had. Jason Bates is top quality for all of your HVAC needs. Very professional, reliable, friendly, and educational. Had Bates come out for a second opinion and so thankful I did. Another company tried getting my fiance and I to buy a new furnace when nothing was really wrong just needed to be reset. Bates walked us through everything he was doing and checking for. Don't waste your money on anyone else. 5 stars all around.
