Joe McCullough went above and beyond for us!! He made sure we were comfortable and informed, and really made us feel better during a really stressful time- a huge old cast iron pipe for our upstairs bathroom needed fixed right before Christmas! We were so nervous as this was our first big home repair as homeowners. Over three days, Joe worked tirelessly to fix it up and make it brand new and also fixed up some messy water lines from the previous homeowners so they’re easier to work with in the future. He worked so hard, and now our upstairs bathroom has never looked and worked better! Joe really made us feel at ease every step of the way. He even walked us through other areas of our house and helped us understand what plumbing updates might be needed in the future too, we feel so much better about our home repairs knowing Joe has our back! Charlie suggested replace vs repair of cold water leak on water tank. Plus, installation of overhead copper water pipe, removed dormant older lines too.
