Joe McCullough went above and beyond for us!! He made sure we were comfortable and informed, and really made us feel better during a really stressful time- a huge old cast iron pipe for our upstairs bathroom needed fixed right before Christmas! We were so nervous as this was our first big home repair as homeowners. Over three days, Joe worked tirelessly to fix it up and make it brand new and also fixed up some messy water lines from the previous homeowners so they’re easier to work with in the future. He worked so hard, and now our upstairs bathroom has never looked and worked better! Joe really made us feel at ease every step of the way. He even walked us through other areas of our house and helped us understand what plumbing updates might be needed in the future too, we feel so much better about our home repairs knowing Joe has our back! Charlie suggested replace vs repair of cold water leak on water tank. Plus, installation of overhead copper water pipe, removed dormant older lines too. Did a marvelous job of explaining costs, discounts, warranties. Thank you for getting project done--even purchase of new Tank at local Home Depot. Appreciate first class service as well as professional attitude of Mr. Rooter staff today.

I called “Plumbers on call” when my well pump wouldn’t shut off and they sent Mr Rooter to do the job. Joe & 2 supervisors were prompt in same day service. The $40 switch needed replacing. Joe went above and beyond and also pressurized the well, which was set too high. Took about a hour for the job and extra inspection. They lost a star because I felt $521 was a bit too high to replace one switch in a hour’s work. And because they charged me over $100 just to remove 4 screws to remove a stair to gain access. Had they told me ahead of time I would have removed them for free. To me that’s ridiculous! Great friendly same day service, but they could tweak those corporate prices somewhat.
I actually got Mr. Rooter by mistake I thought I had contacted another vendor. It was the best mistake I have ever made. Jamie the technician was terrific. Very competent and committed to find the problem . The unusual issue was I had only 1 shower that did not work,, all the remailing water areas were. He was successful. I would definitely highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Jamie.
Had some folks from Mr. Rooter yesterday and they could not have been more friendly, professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to explain what the issue was, why it was happening and recommend a solution. I can’t imagine calling anyone else for my plumbing or drainage issues in the future.
