Woke up to no power in part of the house. Called before they opened and they were abke to come right out. The electrician Lawrence M and his associate were very professional, upfront with costs and they were able to track a short in the wall pretty quickly. I highly recommend this company and Lawrence amd will definitely use them in the future. Thank you

I enjoyed the services provided. Not only was Lawrence able to fix the issues I had, but point out other issues that were unknown to me. The best part was the lack of pressure to push a sell on me. He let me know what those issues were, the cost, and what problematic outcomes could transpire. We have a plan of action in place and plan on using his service again when time and money permits.

Mr. Electric is a very reliable company. Shawn worked very hard replacing my circuit breaker panel, adding circuits, repairing bad plugs bringing my service up to code all in a 57 year old house. Shawn should get a bonus! He also added two 20 amp circuits to our greenhouse. Jake and Jesse were great helpers for Shawn. Chase also showed up in case he was needed.

We had a home inspection accomplished. Our electrician was very thorough and friendly. He broke it down into safety issues which needed attention to upgrades that are recommended. Our home being 38 years old we opted to have all work performed. All work was completed within two days and all the work was shown to us at completion. Just to mention both our neighbors had their work done by Mr. Electric and both highly recommended them to us. A great experience from start to finish.

I thought it was merely a replacement battery for a chirping alarm. Turns out it was so much more. I'd had an outlet that was dead in the front bedroom since we'd moved in to this brand new home. It was faulty from the contractor. Mr electric was our SUPERMAN! He walked us though what the problem was and though it was an expensive fix we had the knowledge to accomplish it . He was patient, gentle and we love him. We are 2 old ladies who don't have a man around the house.

Mr. electric guy came out very friendly.
Open new heater straight out of the box.
Mounted and hung heater and turned it on and everything seemed to work perfect.
Used heater for 30 days and garage was smoking.
The wire the electrician installed was burnt / melted.
I called mr. Electric. They came out within one hour. They claim the wire next to the wire they installed could have been loose. They recommend a new unit. When they were finished, they wanted to bill me $175 for coming out.
I waited three weeks to do my investigation and I sent the unit back to comfort zone. Comfort zone said everything is good with unit. They sent me out a free replacement.
Mystery electric continued calling me for $175. I expressed concern that I feel I should not pay $175 or any money because it is under warranty and I did nothing wrong except for turn on the unit and it is not my fault that the wire burnt. Mr. Electric Manager stated don’t you feel the electricians were worth x amount of money. I said yes but not with this unusual situation.
Lots of talk back-and-forth, but they suckered me into feeling bad so I gave them $100 that we settled on.

I still feel i should not had to pay any money for this situation. I will hire new electrician to install new heater.

Bad business, not a good review here for $100.

Note: in the last voicemail from mr electric , he said if I don’t pay $175 it will go to collections. Also, he did say he will give me 10% off of $175 so I think it was $165. For the new bill lol. Come on.

Randy and company came out this week to do some rewiring in my homes additions and they did great work. I was very pleased with the representatives from Mr Electric, they communicated with me on when they would arrive on site and always kept me In the loop on how everything was going throughout the week and they will even ask you questions before they make any final decisions. Very friendly and provided great customer service. I've already referred Mr Electric to 3 other people this week. Thank you guys for all your hard work and I will use your services in the future if need be.

James and Ryan were great! They were clean cut and very professional. It was a pleasure to have the problem explained to me and they were quick about writing up a fair bid. The work didn't take long either.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Lawrence was amazing. He came out during a snowstorm to check our breaker when we lost power, and with a 4-month-old at home, having heat was non-negotiable. He didn’t hesitate to come take a look and that alone meant so much to us.

He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, was incredibly kind and patient, and just genuinely cared. In a really stressful moment as a parent, he made us feel heard and reassured.

I am so grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend Lawrence and Mr. Electric to anyone.

Had them come out to my mother's home. Lawrence M. was amazing! He alerted her to a pressing issue that another company did not mention at all before she agreed to any work being done. He was able to give her an accurate diagnostic estimate, locate the present concern and take care of it in a very short time. He was very professional and kind. Thank you Lawrence! Today, the Mr. Electric electrician, Lawrence M, did an excellent job fixing the problem I called about initially plus some helpful suggestions that he also addressed while here. Lawrence was very courteous, efficient and professional. He was mindful of my home and wore protective foot coverings at all times. I have used Mr. Electric many times in the past and each experience was positive.

Outstanding experience with Mr Electric. Out technician (James Pinson) was extremely knowledgeable, competent and personable. He was very thorough with his diagnostic approach and resolved our issue nicely. I have been disappointed many times with electricians who did not meet my requirements, but I am happy to say that I’ve found a reputable electrician who knows his craft and will be my electrician for all future needs. If you want a good electrician at a reasonable price, try Mr Electric.

Anthony came out to help me ensure a project I had tackled on my own was done properly and that no issues existed. He was early, friendly, and knowledgeable. While his visit was short, it definitely put me at ease. Would highly recommend him and the Mr. Electric team!

Anthony (A.J.) was courteous and professional. Installed the new DC bath fan perfectly. He finished the job quickly and didn’t leave a mess or any debris behind. Highly recommended.

Clyde R. was excellent! He was very thorough, explained everything in detail and did not try and sell me on any additional services I did not need. He was very patient with all of my questions. He replaced several old GFI outlets, rewired some old wiring and installed a new outlet for my washer. Hi was very pleased with his work and it was a good price for all the work he did. Would recommend and will make sure Clyde does any of my next projects!

We requested Mr. Electric to take a look at an electrical wiring issue we were experiencing with some exterior lighting. Our technician, Bret C., was very knowledgeable and educated my wife and I regarding the issue. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue, he was very educational about what we were experiencing and fixed the issue quickly! Everything was replaced/upgraded the very next day after the issue was diagnosed the afternoon before. Very fast about getting things setup and going. Omg!! Lawrence was so great! I have a very old home but it's more smart everyday so I wanted to get more power for an eventual ac addition and some other random outlet issues addressed. He advised me of all the options and different price points so I could mix and match to get what I felt was most critical which I really appreciate even tho I opted to do nearly everything at once. He worked with the guys doing my gutters to coordinate on work they were doing to make everything smoother and more efficient. There was an old non-working water treatment thing blocking the breaker box so Lawrence got someone to come take a look and he ended up removing bc it was still running all my incoming water thru it even tho it hasn't been filtering in the entire 7 or 8 years I've lived here. GAG! Cleaner water couldn't hurt... Lawrence made this such a great experience all around and everyone who helped were so professional. (AEP even came same day for their part.) Special shout out to whoever was rapping one of my jams (Chidren's Story by Slick Rick) while working. I was singing along. Lol. I'm glad to see there are still great folks in the trades. I was loosing hope after a slew of bad interactions. I will definitely seek Lawrence's services for any future non-diyable (still some upgrades I wouldn't do myself) electronic work in the future!
