Was able to easily schedule an appointment for next day service. Communication was great and updates were provided. Asa did a great job. He was professional, friendly, and helped educate me on what was going on and what he was doing. Appreciate the help and quick turnaround.

My technician Will was awesome. He was friendly, professional and honest. He didn’t try to over sell the work that needed done or pressure sale me into doing anything extra. He was efficient, helpful and even helped me move furniture back after he was finished. He helped me with the financing application. The service took less time than l expected and he tested everything to make sure it worked to my satisfaction and even gave me a future estimate on another plumbing job at my request. I wish all professionals were as courteous and honest as Will. I definitely recommend Mr. Rooters to anyone needing plumbing, hot water heaters etc serviced or replaced .

It all started off good. First technician was friendly and got another technician scheduled to get a camera out for my downspout drains. Turned out my drains were clogged, sunk and broken. Got a quote and a date. Everything was going smoothly. Guys came out we talked about everything agreed on a price, which seemed high, but the job needed to be done. We talked about digging around my irrigation system and they said it would be no problem and if they cut or broke any lines they would fix it. First day they unhooked a few sprinkler heads, accidentally cut another one, all good they would fix it. Next day they came out to finish the other side and we talked about 1 irrigation line going over where they were to dig. Technician said no problem they would hand dog at the spot so they wouldn't damage anything. Well they really wanted to be done that day to get to another job, his words, so they used the machine and yep broke that line. When they finished putting in the new pipes, they barely leveled the dirt. I found one pipe not even buried in the ground and all the irrigation is still broken. He said the manager would be out the following week to fix everything. I still haven't received any paperwork and I have left numerous messages and no one will ever call me back. Not a great customer service company. I would not recommend to anyone. And they hit my neighbor's house with their machine knocking this off the wall onto their car. I noticed the next couple days that my outdoor light doesn't work now either, looks like they cut the electric line going to it as well.

Joe from rotorooter came out the same day I requested service. He was extra knowledgeable. Very compassionate and he took his time to explain every part of the process to me us so we understood what we're were getting into for our plumb fix. I would recommend this company hands down. They are professional, compassionate have great communication and are timley!.

David explained what needed to be done and why clearly. Did the work same day and was very efficient. One of my easiest experiences with getting things done around my home. It's been rough. He even removed this really heavy water treatment thing. Great work all around!

We have used Mr. Rooter several times, since we moved into our current home. The employees are always friendly and informative, in addition to fixing issues, that other plumbers did not. Today, Joe was thorough, and went above and beyond in even looking at the roof, and taking some photos for me to look at, in order to find out what possibly be causing a leak.

The entire staff at Mr.Rooter was courteous, professional, and prompt. Graham especially was great as he ensured the basement looked better than when he arrived. I would recommend to other family members and friends!

Answered phone in a few rings. Spoke clear proper American English. Understood my customer requirements. Able to provide a service call/estimate this Monday 2-9-2026. Part way through my wait for the technician the office called to say all was in hand and I'd soon hear from the technician.

Heard from Brian in a timely manner. Arrived quickly, diagnosed problem, explained options. Fortunately I'd prepared the plumbing and bathroom for this possibility years ago so the solution jived with the preparation and soon the fix was accomplished.

Best decision ever! Needed a new hot water tank and shower valve. Mr. Rooter was not the cheapest but I absolutely loved the customer service! Brian did a fantastic job and stayed until it was completed. Absolutely will use this company again!

Bryan was terrific. He explained what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again!! Also found out they do electric as well. Have a panel to install so I will be calling them.

Our kitchen sink backed up around 5:30 last night. This company had a person answer the phone and gave us an appointment for this morning. I got a text this morning and the service man called me. They were here fixed the problem. He was nice and neat. Thank you. He was here 45 minutes and the repair did not need any new parts. Kind of expensive for work done during normal business hours. No discount offered for senior and veterans.

We had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter today. From start to finish, everything was seamless and professional. They texted ahead with a photo of the technician and arrival details, which was very reassuring.

Our technician, Bryan, was outstanding. He arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful while working in my elderly mother’s home. He quickly resolved a clogged toilet issue, addressed low water pressure in both the kitchen sink and the toilet, and went above and beyond by fixing the sink issue at no additional charge.

What truly stood out was Bryan’s kindness and patience in taking care of my mother and her immediate needs. It was a huge relief knowing she was treated with care, dignity, and professionalism.

Brandon was very polite and very helpful. After finding water beside my home I thought I had a busted pipe from the freezing temperatures. He checked the pipes under my mobile home and said everything was fine. Then he went the extra mile and said the water probably came from the gutters. From start to finish Mr Rooter was extremely professional. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Work was done with the utmost care and in a timely fashion. My only criticism would be their communication and adherence to time scheduling. Every time we were told an arrival time it was always several hours later than the given window. I’m okay with that if we were contacted and given a heads up, which we never were. With that being said, we were extremely pleased with the results of their work.

Josh did a great job on a very difficult task. He didn’t give up and the result was excellent. He was professional and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and is the epitome of what dedication and excellence to his profession should look like. As always, we will use Mr. Rooter again if we need a plumbing issue fixed. My sewer line backed up into my basement. Mr. Rooter tried to clear it and eventually determined that we would need to dig outside and replace part of the line. I had another quote from a different company, and Mr. Rooter worked with me to be competitive with their price. I chose them because they offered a lifetime transferrable warranty. It only took two days for the excavation crew to come out as soon as the utilities could be marked. They had the work completed by lunch time. They took great care to not damage any property and work with me on generally moving landscaping. One of them even cleared my sidewalk since it started to snow. The next day, they sent somebody to use the new clean out and try to clear the rest of the line. He spent 5 hours working, and eventually completely cleared it out. Mr. Rooter never tried to upsell me or add anything beyond the original estimate. I don't believe the other company I worked with would've tried so hard to clear it without giving up and recommending more digging. Everybody from Mr. Rooter went above and beyond in my eyes. had a great experience with Mr. Router Plumber in Columbus. He was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and fixed it the right way. The work was clean, efficient, and fairly priced. You can tell he really cares about doing quality work and treating customers with respect.
