The entire process, from estimate to installation, was a positive experience. The installers were on time and their dedication to completing the work was very impressive. I received pictures throughout the process which was unexpected. It was so nice to stay informed. My double layer roof had to be totally ripped off and they were able to put the new roof on and completely clean up in 1 day. They then came back to finish some flashing and make sure everything looked good and that I was happy with the service . I was really impressed with the workmanship and would highly recommend them.

Crown Pointe Remodeling re-did our siding on our house! We went from broken down cedar shakes to beautiful vinyl siding. They did an amazing job. They were so responsive, timely, and professional. We were astonished with how quick and how beautiful of a job they did! They finished our house in 1 day and it looks amazing!!!!! Definitely recommend.

Crown Pointe Remodeling is an excellent company to work with. My experience was great from beginning to end! I normally do not respond to companies that knock on my door, but I'm glad I did with this one. I spoke with Hunter and Ethan and they explained who Crown Pointe Remodeling is, the values of the company and that it is a locally owned business. Hunter did a thorough inspection of my roof and found multiple points of storm damage. From that point forward, I began working with CPR. From the meeting with the insurance adjuster all the way to completion, I've had contact with someone from the company each step of the way.

Willie was awesome! He showed me the variety of shingles to choose from and by the time we were done, it felt like we were old friends.

The roof was completed in ONE DAY! I left out for work and came back home to a new roof. The only way I knew someone was at my house was the beautiful new roof. The roof crew did a great job keeping my property clean which is super important since I have children who could possibly step on a nail.

Quincy, one of the owners, stopped by to make sure that I was satisfied with my roof and addressed any concerns that I had.

Everyone was phenomenal and I highly recommend Crown Pointe Remodeling to anyone who is looking for any extremely professional and people-oriented company. They truly care about their customers.

We just got a new roof, and gutters placed on our home with Crown Pointe Roofing and couldn't be happier with everything! Sam has been our contact person from the very beginning and has made the whole process easy and smooth. Sam has been available for any questions we have had and has stopped at our house and called us to make sure everything is going well. Hunter was also a great help along with Sam in advocating for us with our insurance adjuster. This is a great company, and we are very happy with our new roof!

Explanation of what I would be receiving was thorough and I am a believer in you get what you pay for. The installers made sure I was happy with how the skylight windows were set, made sure the house and yard were not damaged from debris, and cleaned up everything after the roof was completed.

Crown Pointe Roofing and Remodeling just finished putting in Anderson windows in our enclosed porch. The windows look great and I am happy with the job. The salesman Jerry and the owner Quincy were both very responsive to my questions during the process. I would definitely use them again for any future projects.

We just had a new roof put on by Crown Pointe Remodeling. From the start, when Quincy first came and walked us through the process showing us pictures of the appearance of our very old roof to when we saw the finished beautiful new roof, he was with us all the way. He brought us samples of shingles. I had trouble visualizing what a whole roof would look like, and he shared his expertise as to what colors would blend and brighten our home. He kept us apprised of each step. He provided the personal touch we so appreciated. It was a challenge finding rain free days. Finally, no rain was forecast for two days. His crew came at 7:30 AM and began attacking the old shingles. They were hard working, professional and efficient. When they left at 8:30 PM that night after cleaning up everything, it was as if a genie had come and waved a magic wand. Five stars are not enough to say how easy this whole process was and how highly we recommend Crown Pointe Roofing and Remodeling.

Highly recommend!!!! Crown Pointe Remodeling did my roof, windows, siding, gutters and deck. I'm telling you now you, get what you pay for. They are worth every penny. They did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Don was very helpful answering all of my questions along the way. Ian the production manager was keeping me in the loop. Communication from the very first appointment, office, until the final walk through was great from everyone I encountered from the company. I have had so many neighbors stop by and comment. They are planning to use them as well.

My wife and I are super excited about our deck and Sun room addition, work started back in March, slow pace as of now, but they do EXCELLENT WORK when they're here working, I'm confident that I'll give 5 ⭐'s after completion.

Excellent service. A new roof was desperately needed. Although we were told it would be almost 2 months before the roof could be done, it was done much sooner.

The crew arrived first thing in the morning and had the old roof off in no time. A few hours later, the new roof was on and they were cleaning up and doing a scan to make sure no nails were missed.

Roof looks great.

Logan was our sales person, he was very responsive when giving the estimate, and getting things set up. The roofing crew that came out done a great job on the install and clean up. We also had new gutters put on the house by Crown Point. The gutters look amazing and appear to be a great upgrade from what was on there before.

Now for the reason on a three star review.

1. The roofing crew broke a landscape light as they were tossing shingles off of of the roof. Not a big deal other than they tried to put it back together by shoving a small stick into the broken end, and sticking it back together, and never informed us.

2. The gutter crew knocked one of the my spot lights off of the back of the house, and I found it lying in the yard today.

3. The roofing crew left a skid, of left over material in my yard. They informed me the company would be back to pick up the left over material. I have since had to removed the skid and material from my yard, to keep the grass from dying. Logan has informed me he would be out to pick them up. My roof was put on July 15th, and as off today they still have not been picked up. If I would have left them in my yard, the grass would have been dead by now.

When you pay the kind of money this entire project cost, I would at least expect to be notified about damage to my property, and now the job is done and the bill is paid it seams these things are not a priority.

Everyone is very nice. However we have waited for months for our windows and doors. They arrive and they break our window and it was the wrong window. We have not heard an eta and winter is coming. The new patio door was installed and no keys provided. Work on the patio door is not complete. I’m very saddened by this process.

We ordered the patio door in May 2022. They did not come to install it until Aug. 2.

The person that came to measure for the door, assured us that he would be the one to install the door, and that there would be no problems with our newly installed carpet. He was not in the team of installers that came by on August 2.

The installers put the latch plate in the wrong location so that the door would not latch shut properly. We had to call the company back to have the installer come back to fix this. In addition, the carpet by the door was buckled by the door and is not right.

In addition, the screen door they installed was not the correct size for the door they installed, and is unusable (it is about 2/3 the correct width). They claimed they did not have the correct one in stock, and that one would not be available until *late OCTOBER*. We also requested that they fix the carpet.

We have called them back several times in the past several weeks, with no response. This lack of responsiveness and delays in fixing their mistakes is very unprofessional.

Update: the account was not in my name. We've finally got the correct screen door installed

Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with. Good quality products but trying to get in touch with someone is impossible. Took more than three months to get our door installed. Tried numerous times to find out where our door was. No return phone calls or answer of emails. Now we discover it is still missing pieces. Husband called and left messages. Did have two people call and agree we were missing pieces and said they would get on that right away. A week goes by and we hear nothing … another phone call. They are supposed to come today to finish our door (original installation 7/19) … we shall see.

At this point I am disappointed that we have waited 4 months and all we have to show is a depleted bank account and a heap of rubble in our back yard! Crown Pointe contracted to replace our deck. We were told July 4 weekend that work would commence in 2 weeks or less. The company has billed me for additional money which I explained is not appropriate without seeing some work done. Hopefully the finished product will give me cause to update this review in a more positive way.
