Incredibly helpful and inexpensive - less that half for my A/C part compared to the internet and I didn't have to wait for it. Very nice people.

The cost of the capacitor I purchased from them was 3 times the online cost. $19 online versus $62 at the store. The previous review was terribly inaccurate.

Hours says open. Show up and doors are lock and lights off. Called to get a generic part and woman on phone says can’t confirm if have one without model and serial number of unit. Seems like this place is for the birds!

The gentleman came out and informed us he didn’t know where our filter was on the air conditioner. Needless to say he did absolutely nothing and we were charged. I would NOT recommend this place of business at all! Terrible service

They helped me when no one else could my fan blade broke on my unit outside I stopped by asked about buying a new one they just gave me one no charge. Great people !!!

Good luck getting in touch with them on a weekend if they forget to forward their phones.

Edit: I'll leave the review as it stands but add, they went above and beyond to make it up to me. That's what really matters, how they responded to the mistake.

Jerry and his boss helped me choose a capacitor to replace on my air conditioning unit. They seemed to genuinely care that I got the right part and installed it properly.

I had a wonderful experience with webber they are honest and found out why my air-conditioning unit wasn't working properly it was a wire not connected thanks to their honesty they could have charged more than the service call so if you don't want to get ripped off call webber heating and cooling

First of all one star is too many. I am very upset with these people. We called them on Saturday 1.5.19 for repairs on our heat. They were to come out Monday 1.7.19, and they did, BUT didnt have the parts to "fix" our problem. What a/c -heat company doesnt have parts to fix what they are licensed to do. So had to order and take a couple of days. So then my husband was told you are first on the list on Thursday morning, 1.10.19 between 8 and 10. Mind you the weather is getting colder, highs in the 30's and they, John, got here at 1:45 p.m. Not only did we get charged an arm and leg BUT he burned holes, 5 of them, with his tools in our carpet that is less than a year old. So furious is to say the least. I'm calling them about this and this same information will be posted on Facebook for others to see and not use them. As well as the pictures of the bill and the burnt holes in my carpet.
