Sam has done work at my house previously. The repair job on my hole in my wall was shotty, and with the wrong color since I went and picked it up. Since he asked if I could pick up the color at Home Depot. I tried to get Sam back out for other things and was not successful. I just wanted a refund of half of what I paid, and still no response. He did come out when he could squeeze me in, I appreciated that. But then put me on the back burner and my walls are different shades of gray.
