I heard great things about Touch of Anne and had a recommendation from a family member about the quality of Sam's work. Sam came out to my home on June 14th to quote a bathroom update. He was pleasant, and thorough about explaining what he would do. My husband and I anxiously awaited his estimate, as we are looking forward to updating the bathroom. After a week, I reached out to ask about the estimate and was told that there was emergency and that I would receive the estimate in a day. The estimate never arrived. I repeatedly reached out via Facebook messenger, and left a phone message, but never heard back. We are disappointed about the lack of communication. I understand if a company decides to pass on a job, but at least be courteous and let the customer know.

I hired Sam to paint my parents house and they did a phenomenal job! Polite, on time and wonderful work—plus he put up with my father micro managing every move he made so huge bonus points there. Job was completed super fast and great prices. I would recommend A Touch of Anne to any of my family or friends.

Anne did a fantastic job of cleaning our condo in westlake. She was professional very friendly and awsome at her job. Strongly recommend her.

Bad the did a half job. Didn't bother to clean up afterwards. Teared my carpet out never replaced it didn't seal my wall or ceiling up. Didn't repaint. Didn't cleanup afterwards. Didn't return my phone call after repared things were damaged 5 months later. Charged me multiple different prices. Horrible. Zero stars

Sam and his team came out on the same day that I called when my pipes had bursted, They were very professional and made sure everything went well.

Be very careful of the work you have done by them. I paid $371 ( asked me to pay cash to save tax) to have them power wash a retractable awning, remove birds nests & install bird spikes. They put a hole in the awning with improper power washing & installed spikes wrong that made awning unusable. After repeated unanswered texrs I asked for a refund. I was told they don't do refunds & to be patient as he was waiting to hear from awning company. I got in touch with awning co. in 5 minutes . I now have a hole to repair for $150 & have to pay another company to correct improperly installed spikes. Very poor customer service & follow up. I was given NO receipt or invoice. I would NOT recommend them.

I cannot recommend this team highly enough! They were punctual, professional, clearly experts in their field and the job they performed for us was exceptional. We received daily communication and they delivered above and beyond in the finished product. Our job ended up being bigger than expected and they did everything necessary to make sure we were completely taken care of, still within the same time frame. We will never go anywhere else if another water line break happens. They got out all the water. Fixed the plumbing, dried out my house. Took care of all my home insurance needs and helped assist with all the repair work! They saved my house!!! Thank you !

This company agreed to mount our sink back on our granite countertop after the glue became loose and it fell through. They did mount the sink back but unfortunately they mounted it the wrong/opposite way. No one came back to fix their mistake despite multiple calls….

We came home a few days after Christmas this year to find our pipes had frozen and burst and we had three feet of water in our finished basement as well as damage to our kitchen, where the pipes burst. My daughter, friends, husband and I called everyone listed under water removal and no one would come out because there were so many people in the same situation. Then Samuel called back and came to our house a couple hours later. We could not stay in the house but Samuel and his crew got to work pumping water out of the basement. It took days, and they stayed in the house the entire time, day and night. After the water was removed, fans, dehumidifiers and other equipment were brought in to start drying out the basement and Samuel and his crew starting taking out carpeting and water soaked furniture, cabinets, and walls. It was exhausting work and they never stopped. We cannot say enough about Samuel. He is honest, kind, and caring, and I came to call him our "guardian angel." Without him I have no idea how long we would have waited until someone came to pump the water out. He was here every day for at least 8 days including weekends. Samuel and his crew are professionals and I will use him again, and will recommend him to anyone who asks.

Touch of Anne Restoration was recommended by a close friend of mine. I am so glad that I called! There were so many projects that needed attention around my house. Sam, the owner, was very professional and had the knowledge and experience I was looking for. I received a free timely estimate, and he was very flexible performing the repair work to fit around my hectic schedule! I was very pleased with all the work he completed! Here is a shortened list: mold removal & clean up in my basement, fixed both my toilets, fixed the leak in the water pipes from my tub, dry walled a hole in the ceiling from the water damage, cleaned out my gutters, and even was able to remove a dead tree branch that was about to fall on top of my garage. This business is much more than a restoration company. Sam is truly a Jack of All Trades! I absolutely will be using his services again and will definitely be recommending him to all of my family and friends!

Friendly service on time response very nice and friendly owner I highly recommend his services they also do water restoration jobs like they did for me and did a fantastic job couldn't ask for a better job and when I came home it was nice and clean he even his person that comes out and does cleaning so like I said I highly recommend his services

I normally don’t do reviews but i had to write on the great service from Mr.taylor, as a former police officer I respect people who do what they say they are going to do. I had a pool problem, mr.taylor came over and assessed the problem and had a quick solution to clear up my pool. Mr.Taylor was professional and courteous in his manner, i would highly recommend Mr.Taylor services in any capacity. I would recommend anyone to utilize any of his services and i am giving Mr. Taylor a five star review for his dedication and commitment to his work.

A pipe has burst & my basement was flooded, I called touch of Anne to come clean and sanitize my basement..they showed up very quick & were able to save all of my valuables and fix all the damage. Such a great and reliable company. Very easy to talk to and they provide so many different services that are very helpful and useful for people who are not handy around the house like me. They even put my bike rack on my car!!! I will definitely be using them again for handyman services.

We had water in our basement and very quickly realize it was after hours called touch of Ann Restoration after hours to help with the water remediation. They was at my house within an hour and a half I was happy with the quote.
