Jack and Elliot came out to fix a clogged drain quickly and the problem is solved. I've had reeves out for multiple projects over the years and they always take good care of business. Will continue to use their services.

Professional, friendly, and easy to work with - from the initial new business call all the way through to project completion and payment, the process was completely hassle-free and the installation looks great. Adam and Craig did a fantastic job.

Reeves did some minor plumbing for us on Sept 16th. There were a few issues related to that visit. The issues were kindly resolved by Reeves. Reeves was very profesional in addressing the issues.
We never received a receipt directly or via email. That is the reason I give this four stars instead of five.
If I needed plumbing work, I would call Reeves first.

From the moment I met Adam and his colleague they were extremely nice and helpful. They were able to tell me what the problem was right away and if anything came up unexpectedly they would let me know. They were upfront with the price and after the work was completed the clean up was excellent it did not look like my yard was even dug in. Thank you for having such excellent and knowledgeable employees!

Excellent work performed and appreciate their efforts to clean up after their work. We have had Reeves perform various jobs for us including installation of a tankless hot water system, whole house water filtration, replacement of faucet and disposal and their work had been stellar and appreciate the chance to share our experience with others.

Had knocking sound in walls when water was running. Jack K. came out to evaluate the issue. He came well within the designated time and was professional and courteous throughout. He even stayed while I discussed the need for a new water meter with Aqua Ohio and coordinated with them to have all repairs done on Friday. Second time I have used Reeves and again they didn’t disappoint.

Great customer service from Jack at Reeves Plumbing & Heating! I had both a plumbing and HVAC issue and found it extremely helpful to be able to have both problems addressed by one company. They were very thorough and explained the issues in detail so I understood my options. I highly recommend this business!

Had a problem with the noisy sump pump for over a year they sent Jack out. He took care of it in 30 minutes and I have had a great night sleep ever since. I have always trusted Reeves plumbing to take care of everything whether it is a new air-conditioning, Furnace, maintenance and replacement, and sump pumps. They are my go to people as well as for my parents.

I hired Reeves to work on my boiler and replace a toilet. The guys including Jack were prompt to the appt and quoted the job. We hired them on the spot and scheduled the appt. They were reasonable, friendly and arrived on time to do the work. We have not had any problems with the boiler since.

Adam and Craig came to unclog a drain we've been having trouble with. They arrived on time, we're quick and price was surprisingly very fair. We will call Reeves for all our plumbing needs.

I contacted Reeves after having unknown issues from a less then reliable contractor. Adam and his crew were able to come in, assess the issues and create a plan to fix everything. It was a large job from the beginning, but everyone involved was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and more then willing to explain all the issues that needed to be fixed. The work is immaculate, and my house was left clean and debris free each night. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who has plumbing issues in the future.

Excellent service. I submitted an online request for a estimate to fix a water leakage issue in my basement. I received a call back within 15 minutes with someone scheduled to come out the next day. Jack came by accurately accessed the issue, clearly explained the remediation options, and the repair work was scheduled for the next day. There has been clear communication throughout the process. A++ service all around.

I had Reeves Plumbing install a natural gas line for my pool heater and they did a phenomenal job! Adam and his crew came out to my house and they all had a tremendous work ethic. They even hooked up my pool pump for me, which was not necessary, but greatly appreciated! I will definitely be using Reeves Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs. Apparently “accepts urgent jobs” means they’ll send someone out 2 days later and only during business hours. Why advertise “open 24/7 if you don’t help people 24/7? My ac stopped working and it’s 90 degrees out and this is the “service” this place offers? Do better

I've had Reeves replace toilets and faucets, install a sump pump, etc. They schedule quickly and provide knowledgeable, friendly service. Jack is especially great!

They came out on a Sunday evening to snake my main drain. The men worked very hard and added a clean out, however no luck breaking through. They needed to jet the drain and did not have that equipment with them. Reeves sent another crew out the next day and jetted the drain. Jack made sure the drain was free of all debris. He also discovered something at the street. Hopefully the sewer department will take care of that. Great service, would definitely recommend them.
