Jimmy and Moe were prompt and excellent at resolving the problems we had in our basement plumbing. Reeves customer service is the reason I continue to use Reeves for all of my plumbing needs.

Our air conditioning didn’t seem to be pushing air out like we thought it should (wanted it to). We called at 730 pm and Adam was out within 45 min to inspect everything. After a very thorough inspection, come to find out, everything is running exactly how it should. It’s overall just too hot out… He made sure that the drain line was unplugged and also gave us good pointers in order to improve airflow through the house prior to leaving. No up-charging on anything, honest and thorough inspection!

Reeves Plumbing completed a wide array of work at my home including a video camera system assessment, hydro jetting the sewer and storm lines, sleeving the sewer and storm lines, replacing a compromised downspout, installing an outdoor sump pump, installing a channel drain, and winterizing outdoor pipes.

From the very first phone call to Heidi in the office to Jack coming out to answer questions and offer recommendations, our experience with Reeves has been outstanding from beginning to end.

Reeves did a great job on installing my new AC unit. They worked hard all day to get it up and working for me. They were very nice people.

Adam did a nice job with installing our natural gas line off of existing meter. We plan on heating our above ground pool this year and found Reeves to be competitively priced as well as reliable in meeting our expectations. Their office staff was polite and accommodating.

We’ve been working with Jim and his sons, Alan and Joe, at Industrial Furnace Services (IFS) on a complete top-to-bottom redesign of our 2,000 sq. ft. heat treat oven. Their team also fully relined our 700 sq. ft. oven, and the results have been outstanding.

Jim and his sons have been incredibly attentive, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Their crew—Manny, Mike, and Greg—are skilled, professional, and a pleasure to have on site.

On top of their service work, IFS is now offering educational courses on Combustion and Furnace Operations, which they can tailor to your specific application. A great resource for any company looking to train their team and improve efficiency.

Overnight parking not fenced place.. but at the same time tight just a narrow line between docks and parking for cars , not bad. Easy in and out , closed by 4pm and fast loading . Office is in the middle of the building by driver side , pass nail docks, then industrial fire docks keep going you will see door office 108 there it is …

Called Air Care Heating & Cooling this morning after hearing clicking coming on from my thermostat and my furnace. Was concerned about losing heat as my furnace is old. Ben answered and came out and cleaned my furnace like I have never seen done. I would highly recommend calling them for any of your needs ... this is the second time I have had them out and I know I will.

I called Air-Care on Jan. 5th About 7.30pm. The Following Morning, Larry came out to see Why I had No Heat. Within Slightly less than One Hour, I had Heat. He replaced My Gas Valve On the Furnace. Very Reasonably Priced and Very Fast Service.
