    My experience with this company for a fridge repair was excellent. They were prompt and courteous, sending appointment reminders through texts and emails. Pricing information was clear with no surprises. The tech Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He took the time to listen, then diagnose and explain what the issue was, ordered the replacement part, and returned as soon as the part was ready for install. When I thought there still might be an issue after the repair, Anthony returned and basically found a design flaw in the fridge door closing mechanism. He explained a work around and I've not had any more issues since. Thanks Anthony and the rest of the team for a job well done!

    DO NOT USE! Appliance was scheduled last week to be fixed. $125 service charge to diagnose what’s wrong with the unit. After 2 days repairman arrived and advised a frozen condenser was causing the water to leak. Would be $250 to fix. Okay. Fast forward 12 hours. Unit is leaking again. Called appliance place back, 2 days they’ll be out. Waiting all day until 3:30pm, received a call they need to move me until Monday now. I will be without a fridge for over a week. What a complete mess. Robert appears to not care about order of business and instead of refunding what they couldn’t fix, he doubled down and asked if I wanted to just cancel service. Terrible company. Do not use.
