What a phenomenal experience with Dennis at pure mist from the initial quote to following up on his word. I had spent quite some time getting different quotes an reading endless reviews on who to hire for my house cleaning an luckily Dennis knocked it out of the park. After I got home I noticed some tough spots to get a mentioned it to Dennis an he was back at our house the very next morning a took care of it. To me that means a lot accidents happen in life and it’s not a matter if they happen or not it’s how you handle your self after.

I will be certain to have Dennis come back when needed to wash our home again.

Pure Mist came knocking at the perfect time, as my wife and I had JUST finished a conversation about projects that needed done on our home’s exterior. When finished, they sent before and after pictures, which was a nice touch. They provided us with great service at a great price. Would recommend.

I posted on Medina Moms Facebook group asking for recommendations for a power wash company to clean our home. I received a lot of feedback however only 1 direct message from the owner of Pure Mist Power Cleaning. I responded back to the message the following morning a little after 7am (right before work) and he answered me immediately! He was able to comp out within the hour to give me a quote.
It was surprisingly affordable and he even threw in cleaning our shed in the back yard! Within a few days he had it done and the house and driveway look incredible!! The house is 25 years old. It even smells clean outside! I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

I am a 50 something that has had nothing but bad luck with contractors. Dennis was great. He talked me through The process of cleaning my siding, Suggested my concrete also but did not pressure. On the day of service He communicated well. I got a text that he was on his way and He was right on time. He cleaned stuff that I didn’t even notice. We walked the job together afterward to make sure I was happy with his work. It is rare for me to find people in this world with such attention to detail. Pure Mist Pressure Washing did a wonderful job on the patio and house. They were courteous and took time to walk around the house with me so I could share areas of concern. The patio had quite a bit of algae which was cleaned perfectly. I also appreciated that Pure Mist offered dryer vent cleaning which I had done at the same time. The West side wall of our home was covered with mold and dirt. The process Dennis used worked great. Our yard and shrubs were not harmed in any way. When he left the wall was like new.
