I wish more companies were like Kleener image. First impression a knowledgeable person that answers the phone for scheduling not a central dispatch franchise call center. Scheduled my appointment automated message a few days before and a personal call about an hour prior for reminder. I thought this was going to be a 10 minute carpet clean but the technician was working hard for two hours getting the job done. No doubts I could trust this person with belongings or pets, they took great care of the home entry way no hoses rubbing all over the jambs and they took care of the furniture as well. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME.
