Called them on a Friday morning and they picked up the 2 area rugs I needed cleaned by Friday afternoon. They returned them the following Wednesday afternoon and they looked beautiful. And the price was more reasonable than the other places I reached out to for quotes! Highly recommend!

Joe did an amazing job on my rug! I've had my rug for about three years but got a dog last year and that's when it really got disgusting. You can see in the before photo the part that my couch was covering because it looks brand new, compared to the dirty part everyone walked on. Now our entire rug looks brand new again! We did pick up and delivery and Joe was very good with communication and answering any question I had. I'd recommend this company it was a 10/10 experience.

This was our third experience with A Kleener Image and we were so very pleased with the results! Jason did a fantastic job lifting away pet “mishaps”, dirt and deeply imbedded dog hair (we have three dogs). He was even able to remove sticky tape residue from an area rug that was secured with double stick tape! Now, the house smells so fresh and clean! We will most definitely be repeat customers due to the quality service, affordable prices and friendly, efficient service. Scheduling online is a breeze and they are quick to respond if you have any questions. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

He took his time, spending hours cleaning carpets and making our tiled shower look brand new. I would absolutely recommend A Kleener Image! We had an area rug that was in desperate need for a clean. I reached out using the online form and they responded the following day. Scheduling a drop-off time was a breeze and despite having to clean the rug multiple times, we had it back within two weeks. They did an excellent job and the rug looks and smells brand new. They kept in touch throughout the process and payment was easy as well. They are very reasonably priced and I will definitely be using them in the future for any of our rug and carpet cleaning needs!

I'd like to add to my earlier review on Oct 4th. We had our 25+ year carpet cleaned and after it dried, there was still evidence of a pet urine spot. I really didn't want to call the company regarding this issue, but I did as they have a 30 day guarantee. I contacted Joe and without hesitation, he set up an appointment to return 2 days later. The stain was retreated and has completely disappeared...the carpet looks great. I am so delighted with their work, reliability, and follow-up. I am now considering hiring Kleener Image for my upholstery and tile grout. They are one of the best companies I have ever done business with. Don't hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful first time experience. Very prompt in his follow up to my initial inquiry for an appointment and any other questions I had, and reminders of upcoming visit and time. Very professional and friendly. Kindly explained the entire process, and even made sure to address any unseen pet issues, and give extra attention to certain high traffic areas until clean. Used Joe for the first time about 6 months ago at our Brunswick Location. We have a low cut commercial carpet which was very dirty. He came out and I liked the equipment he was using it could clean in either direction and pulled most of the water back out. It dried in a few hours with fans on it. We just had him out yesterday for a touch up and it looks great.

Joe was conscientious cleaning my carpeting, tile floor and Upholstered dining chairs. My Dining room carpeting, and hallway carpeting was heavily stained from dogs. Jesse did a great job cleaning our carpets in our new home. When he first arrived, he explained the whole process, checked for stains and explained the extra care that would be taken with those and even measured every room to make sure the original quote was accurate (Ended up saving $75!) We were very pleased with his work and the carpet looks and smells great!
