Arrived early in the time window, were very polite and professional. Did a great job in kitchen and in the bathrooms. Wish they had been a little more thorough with dusting/vacuuming.

Cleaners were ahead of schedule and showed up early, which was fine. They did a nice job for a basic cleaning (vacuum, dust, clean floors, kitchen and bathroom). 4 start instead of 5 because even with the special, it's pretty pricey. 2 hour minimum, they were only there 1.5 hours, but I still had to pay the full amount.

Due to illness, I had not lived in my house for close to three months. This service does my son's house and he suggested I use them. As it turns out, one of the maids used to clean my house for a service no longer in business and she remembered how I liked things done. They did a nice job getting it ready for me to come back home and I look forward to them coming back every 4 weeks.

The staff was professional and courteous. I did a walk through and discovered they forgot to surface dust master bedroom and a couple pieces of furniture in living room. They immediately rectified it. Unfortunately I did not check the basement bedroom and it was not dusted at all. I called and they said they could schedule someone to come back out but my schedule did not allow it. They said they would be sure to do it next cleaning.

We started with Maid to Satisfy in September after trying another company. They have done a terrific job each and every time they have been here. When they came to give us an estimate, they were able to give us a cleaning right then. It was awesome because I was here and could give directions on what I wanted cleaned and what I wanted left alone. They are thorough, polite, and very hard workers. I have been very, very impressed with Maid to Satisfy. There are here the day scheduled at the time scheduled. I highly recommend them.

Overall, good quality.. The Team, Lauren & Courtney, were professional, super easy to work with, I mentioned something off handly
and Lauren actually went the extra mile to do it! It was very appreciated!
The only disappointment was picture frames had not been dusted, didn't know I needed to specify that to be done and the master bathroom mirror (large) half of it was very streaked.
Yes I did a quick way through with the Team when they were done but at the time did not do "white glove" test on the furniture or pictures and I missed noticing the streaked mirror.
Also I had pointed out dusting was needed on the chairs at counter and 4 of the 5 got dusted.
My ONLY reason for NOT scheduling bi-weekly on going cleaning is there was a discrepancy in pricing of what I was told on the phone and what I was told on day of cleaning. I EXPECTED the Office to contact me and other than "taking a survey" there's been no communication. Finally, no other company requires a contract OR charges for a short notice cancelation.

They did a good job cleaning. My brother did not feel the bath tub was cleaned that good for the amount of money he was paying. It is a combo tub & shower and to clean the shower walls you have to stand in the tub. I do have a long handled sponge that I will leave out for the next visit. The young ladies were very nice and professional.

The two young ladies were very enthusiastic and seemed to love their jobs -- even excited to tackle some pretty tough floor gunk that tenants left when vacating. Overall cleaning was great, with only a few places around the edges of things -- but, there wasn't much lighting to see with as it became dark. Good job, ladies! Thanks again!

Hired the company to do a deep clean/move out service. Walked the employees through the home and pointed out everything I wanted done which included wiping walls down, cleaning base boards, and mopping floors. I was charged $400 for my service. When I returned to the home very few things had been touched. The walls and base boards were still dirty and the floors had not been mopped as I saw my foot prints on the floor from prior to the cleaning. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone unless you are trying to throw your money away and do the job over yourself.

I gave three stars because, yes my house was clean but I didn't feel like I would have noticed a difference if I came home not knowing it had been professionally cleaned. I don't know if that makes sense or not. There were certain things like the mirrors in the bathrooms and the appliances that looked better than they did before but I didn't feel like the floors really looked very clean and that is what I wanted them to focus on. I felt like they just kind of sprayed the surfaces and wiped them down I barely even heard water running while they were cleaning. I did sign up to use them again and I'm going to specify a deeper floor cleaning and we'll see how that goe The workers were very professional and nice and walked through my house with me before & after just to be sure that I was OK with everything. I was a little bit shy about speaking my mind but I think that Be more specific about what I want next time they come.

As a first customer you never know what to expect. I must say that I was very pleased with the services I received. It went far beyond my expectations. The care and attention to detail in cleaning was truly appreciated. I am so glad I chose Maid 2 Satisfy.

I got the holiday special, and absolutely love it! They were extremely respectful of my home and myself. Very sweet people. Didn't feel uncomfortable or weird at all. My kitchen has never been this clean!

I've had a cleaning twice from here. The first time was terrible and the second time was halfway okay. The one worker did a good job but the other did not. One bathroom was completely skipped and I asked if they did it and they said yes. It was pretty dirty and not 1 thing was touched. The floors and baseboards were still bad so I had to clean them. I did appreciate the customer service because the first cleaning was completely horrible and they sent a crew out for free the second time.

We needed a condo cleaned quickly in order to sell. They did a great job, were easy to book and work with, and they came out within a week to get the job done.

They came and cleaned my son’s room yesterday and did an amazing job. I have MS and I am unable to do a thorough cleaning anymore and things got out of hand in there.
I cannot say enough good words about how well they did scrubbing it down!!

The maids were nice. They worked around me as I was home. Main points like dusting and bathroom were attentively cleaned and scrubbed. would do five start but the pricing is too high. There is a 2 hour minimum but they charge by hour. If that’s the case they should do a set price for the first two hours and then charge per time considering when i called they said 175$ an hour and not until i talked with the maids the day of cleaning that there was a 2 hour min which brings your service well over 300$ for a one time service.

I called having never had a deep clean for the Condo before. The woman on the phone explained everything. No surprises. The 2 people who came were polite, courteous, and professional. Thorough walk through, thorough cleaning. Final walk through anything missed was corrected. Very pleased.

I was impressed with the quick response and ability to schedule a last minute deep cleaning of a home we were moving into. The girls were efficient and friendly. They did miss a couple areas but they did all the major things they were asked to do. I will definitely use them again! I even passed Maid 2 Satisfy information on to my daughter to use and my rental agent (as his cleaning person was the reason I needed to hire this service in the first place!)

Very happy with Maid 2 Satisfy services. Had a lot of scuffs/marks on the floors from when the place was constructed, likely glue from laying down the floors. By the time they were done, floors looked amazing. Did a great job with other general areas like kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. A little steep in price though. But the two ladies who serviced my home were friendly and professional. Overall satisfied with results!

I used this service before a trip I took in 2022. While the two cleaners did a good job on what they cleaned, it was not the service I was looking for. I was specific in wanting the non everyday stuff cleaned, base boards, light fixtures, fan blades, etc. The one girl looked confused, and thought I was crazy when I offered to move the couch so she could clean the floor behind it. I was told they don't usually do stuff like that. What ever. I never had a cleaning service, so maybe I had a different expectation. In the end, I paid for a lot for not exactly what I wanted. But the cleaners worked hard and did the job they did well.

However, this company's post service marketing to me has been relentless and now annoying. I received several emails and phone calls from them soliciting for their services. I already responded to surveys and eventually expressed the desire to not be bothered by them again. I have blocked their number several times. They keep calling, leaving messages, and in general harassing me. I would not use these people if you wish to be left alone after you paid for the finish job. They are not respecting my request to stop being contacted, so how can you expect them to respect your home.
