Happy with heyneighborheating coming out for fast samedayfurnace repair on my air temp furnace

Second time using hey neighbor, another great experience! By luck I was able to get a same day appointment with the same technician that came out last time. Very knowledgeable and timely!
Matt does a great job and I'm glad he was the tech that came out again.

It took me four days to get an appointment scheduled for an estimate. Finally I got a call back and we scheduled the estimate for around 11 or 12 on Monday. He never showed up for our appointment. Not even a phone call or an email. Very unprofessional.

Darnell went above and beyond today ensuring that his job was more than just a basic service call for my family. He took his time and made sure that all of our questions were answered and definitely went above and beyond normal customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend him as well as the company he now represents to all of my family members and Friends.

Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday and I called a few places and only Hey Neighbor answered and got me scheduled for the same weekend, all for a fair price. The tech came out and was professional and knowledgeable and helped fix our furnace for less than what the other companies wanted to charge just to come out and take a look. We will be sticking with Hey Neighbor for our heating and cooling needs going forward. Highly recommend!

Hey Neighbor Heating and Cooling responded immediately after my call to the company regarding a problem with our furnace. Ron was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained the problem with our furnace and gave us options for repairs. He gave us a quote for a new furnace within a few minutes and told us we would be able to have the new furnace installed the next day.
Mike and Zade arrived promptly the next day for the new furnace installation. They were friendly, polite, and answered all of our questions. Mike explained how the new furnace would function and what we should expect, based on it's performance. They cleaned up after they were finished and told us to call if we had any problems.
Unfortunately, we did have a minor hiccup with the furnace, and Mike and Zade returned promptly to determine what the problem was. Within 45 minutes, the problem was found and resolved.
We are very satisfied with our new furnace and will not hesitate to use this fine company again.

Darnell the tech was very professional, Reponsive, he was on time , very friendly, didn't mine answering any questions asked. My husband had three strokes, he still involved him also in what was going on and what needed to be done. I liked that. Keep up the good work Darnell.

So we have the warranty through dominion for our furnace. We called Wednesday and y'all sent out Darnell he was an absolute professional. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the part, your office girl called and scheduled the appt right away. Darnell came back out today and I stalled the part. Again super professional, he called 15 min before he got here arrived on time and I stalled the part right away. He made sure the furnace worked right. I appreciate the business and professionalism from the appt setter to Darnell.
We need a tune up on the a/c and furnace. We will be calling in April for that ac tune up.

Our tech found the problem with our A/C unit quickly and he explained it to us in detail. He was very polite, and not in a hurry to leave . He showed me what he repaired when he was done with the job. His personality was excellent and he certainly is a credit to the company. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Great job !!

Darnell was very professional and courteous. He found the issue, fixed it and made sure he tested it repeatedly before he left. This was by far the best furnace repair experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend him enough.

Overpriced! $235 to run a wire that took less then 10 mins. $69 service call ( that was the promotion price) plus $145/hr minimum 1 hour plus the part. Then I was told it was low on Freon and I needed 2 to 3 pounds and that cost 250 per pound. then when I questioned, he told me he wouldn’t know and I could only need a pound and a half. I declined and my AC unit has been running fine the house is cold and the outside pipe hasn’t froze and it hasn’t been running consistently like he predicted. For what he wanted to sell me that day I might as well have gotten a new unit. Would not recommend and won’t be using them again.

Darnell explained everything to me so I understood what needed to be done. He is very professional, very nice to talk to, and I could not be more pleased with his work! And I love our new thermostat!! We definitely recommend this company!!

The initial technician Darnell was excellent and professional in quickly diagnosing our issue. The sales team lead by Steve was knowledgeable and felt trustworthy. I appreciated the crew lead by Dre who installed the furnace and AC today and for helping to install the thermostat. They were friendly and professional. I plan to continue using this company in the future.

I'd highly recommend Hey Neighbor Heating & Cooling! Both Jeff & Mike came over on SATURDAY morning to replace our furnace and water heater. Keep up the good work guys, and thank you!

Long-story short: I had an issue with my AC not cooling my home and running for over 20 hours straight... Darnell to the rescue!

From the front-door to departure, Darnell was fantastic!
He was considerate of my home and property during his visit, he was very thorough during his diagnostics making certain that I wouldn't need a return visit (until it was time for a preventative service call) and he even took the time to explain what he was doing so I understood what I was paying for at the end of the service call.

We discovered my system had no coolant. Rather than simply topping it off and leaving, Darnell took the time to make sure I also didn't have any leaks by checking the entire system both under pressure and vacuum.

The owner was very pleasant when I spoke with them on the phone and scheduling was (luckily) same day.

Ron came out yesterday afternoon and looked at our old furnace. It was time to replace it, and this morning, Mike, Jeff, and Nick came out and did just that. Great service all around! Highly recommended!

Ryan did a great job. He explained everything to me, what he was doing and why. He let me know about the maintenance program and set me up with the program. I would recommend him and the company to anyone.

The ability to call and then have someone comes out the same day. There are only 3 techs and Ryan as one of them was super nice and informative. He taught me how to fix it myself because it was thankfully a simple fix. Great service and pricing!

I contracted this company from seeing their trucks driving around. I cannot say enough about the excellence of this company throughout. The gentleman that initially came to my house for our first meeting regarding a new AC system was informative, professional and respectful of my financial position.
I purchased a brand new AC unit and the things he suggested. I could not be more satisfied. The two young men that came to do the install a few days later were so polite and friendly. They answered more questions I had and they were quick, efficient and everything was so clean when they left you could not tell they had ever been there. I was sorry to see them go! Approximately six months later I had issues with my heating unit that was installed by another company 15 years prior. One of the same young men, Darnell, came out to service that issue. I remembered him and how wonderful he was. Of course he was just as wonderful the second time. The company was prompt, they came within an hour of me calling, in the dead of winter, when I had no heat. I will be a customer forever. You cannot make a better choice than Hey Neighbor for your HVAC needs.

Hey Neighbor and Darnell came through for us yet again a couple weeks ago. As previously mentioned Darnell went above and beyond for us. Such a professional and really does a great job.

So I needed to have the furnace looked at again today 4-6-22. Once again Hey Neighbor came out same day and saved us from freezing and possibly having to buy a new furnace.

Darnell once again came out and even remembered us and asked how we had been. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. He again took the time to explain what he found and what he was doing to fix it. Also customer service is top notch, very responsive and willing to go above and beyond.

I just want to say Hey Neighbor saved us today. Furnace wasn’t working properly and I have 2 elderly people that I have to keep warm. They got us on the schedule the next day. Darnell came out and worked on it and had it fixed within minutes. He also took the time to explain what was wrong and actually showed me the damaged part and told me what needed to be done and what it’s purpose was, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Great asset to Hey Neighbor!
