Darnell was great! He was very nice and professional, listened to what we said was happening and right away had an idea of what was wrong; and was right! He was able to get the issue fixed and everything put back together much sooner than we had thought to hope we would get. Highly recommend both Hey Neighbor and Darnell.

I just had the best experience when Ryan Peterman came to fix my air conditioner. He came within the time slot I had, he called with plenty of time for me to greet him . He explained everything he was doing to my system and even offered maintenance tips. We had a great conversation about sports while he did his work. My system is running great and I would recommend this company, preferably Ryan for future repairs!! Thanks hey neighbor for having a great worker!!!

As a single mom, it is important for me to feel safe with my little while men are within the house working. This team is totally amazing. We called yesterday reporting that our AC wasn’t working. Team member came out by 11am this morning and a second team (Mike and Nick) showed up around 2pm this afternoon to install a new AC unit. These Guys were all so friendly and answered our questions making us so comfortable. I highly recommend Hey Neighbor Heating and Cooking. They provide AAA service. They are professional and work with a smile.

Our service technician was Darnell and he was absolutely fantastic. He is knowledgeable friendly. We have called Hey Neighbor twice for furnace tune-ups and have been lucky to have Darnell come out both times. I highly recommend both him and Hey Neighbor. Excellent service, price, and professionalism.

Ryan called to tell us he was on his way to check our new furnace. He arrived promptly and was polite and knowledgeable. He explained what adjustments were needed to the blower speed and why they were necessary. He listened to my concerns and explained what the meaning of the codes were, that I had observed in the window of the furnace door.
The furnace is running well and is much quieter since the adjustments were made. I am confident the issue has been resolved, and I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Darnell exceeded my expectations. As promised I recieved the call ahead to let me know he was on his way, then I left work. Explained the issue in detail and what was needed to fix my furnace. He arrived 48 hours later to install the part. .quick replacement and my furnace is back up and running, no issues. I will definitely recommend Hey Neighbor to others as everyone from Scheduling to the Techs are kind, prompt and professional.

My experience has been really good. Response time has been appropriate considering the company’s location and servicing my area, in Mahoning County. I have had concerns with my air conditioner and then received immediate attention and corrections. When my furnace went out, in less than 24 hours, still received immediate attention and corrections. I can truly say that everyone has been kind, patient throughout my frustrations and have made a difference to keep me and my family satisfied. Just had a new furnace and ac installed by this company after a service call from Darnell informing us it was not repairable. Darnell was great, very informative and respectful. Bob then came out and gave us a quote on replacements. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Great guy! Now on to the installation crew....AMAZING! AMAZING! Jeff, James, Nick and Mike were the kindest people. Their knowledge and patience with me asking a million questions was great. I know I was probably driving them nuts, but they sure never showed it. They took the time to explain everything and showed me how everything worked. Just from beginning to end this was fabulous. And thank you Maddie for making it happen before it is 90 again. Will never use another company. Thank you all.

Repairman overlooked the obvious problem in the furnace. Had a limit switch that was showing rusty condition from a leaking exhaust pipe. It was right in front of cabinet. He ignored the unit completely. Seem to me that they were more interest in putting in a new furnace than doing a simple repair.

Ryan provided expert service. He diagnosed my A/C issue within 10 minutes and went to work on the fix. He was pleasant to talk with , and very knowledgeable. I feel he could diagnose and repair any HVAC issue that could happen. He is a great asset to his company and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

‘A memorable experience worth talking about!’ That line is from the Ops Teams Mission Statement that I lead. I’m big on customer experience and that’s exactly what we received. Our A/C went out a few weeks ago, my brother-in-law recommended Hey Neighbor and provided us with a number. Steve showed up last night after his long day and was happy as can be the second he popped out of his car. Once we made our decision it was already after 8pm and Steve called in to inquire about an installation team being available to come the following morning. While hopeful but not expectant, my wife called this morning on her ride back to inquire and unbeknownst to her James and Mike were already at our house with me. These guys were great, friendly, professional, kind, informed me along the way and frequently asked if I had any questions. You could tell they took a lot of pride in their work, were hustling and appeared to enjoy their craft. By 6pm on a Friday night, I was impressed that these guys weren’t just trying to run off to their weekend. While they had a sense of urgency to maybe ‘get out of our hair’ they remained diligent and thorough in their clean up, testing and confirmations. They made sure that any questions were answered and that I was happy before they departed. That’s a memorable experience worth writing about and what I desire for my own team. If these guys were in IT I’d hire them. Thank you and well done.
