Showed up on time. Made though reviews od heating and cooling. Provided some suggestions on better maintenance and use

I had to have a new hot water tank. The one we had was over 10 years old. Miracle Plumbing was responsive and was able to schedule us quickly. I appreciate their hard work and efficiency but I would like others to be aware of a few items. This isn't a complaint just sharing information.
If your tank is not new, you will probably have to have extra work to make sure you are up to code. They did that but it did increase price slightly.
Make sure of your parts and labor warranties and get a copy with paperwork. I had to ask for it.
New hot water tanks has a blinking light, and on the label on the hot water tank will list any possible error codes. (which is helpful when I found out about it).
After the work was done, we received a post card from the Stark County Health Dept. that the work had to be inspected. Surprise, but that was fine - just had to schedule it.
Again, Miracle Plumbing was very nice to work with and I appreciate their work.

We had our whole kitchen moved around - water & gas lines. If you're able to request Logan - do it! My dad (who built homes for 30+ years) couldn't get over how great his work was. He was fast & super nice as well.
Jason who took care of our contract has also been great.
Will be recommending Miracle to anyone who needs a plumber!

We had a new hot water heater installed and some plumbing work done by Miracle. The plumber who did the work was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He was thorough and explained what he was doing. Everything looks perfect and he cleaned up when finished. Very happy with everything.

Miracle has performed many plumbing services for me over the years. Their work has always been of very good quality! Most recently they performed both sewer drain clean out along with resolving low water pressure at my laundry sink. They even called to see if they could come early. I was very pleased with their prompt and efficient service.

I really appreciated how fast they were able to come out. Next morning after I called in. Scott was personable and funny. Was here less than an hour and Fixed the leak in my bathtub. My mom recommended your company and you didn't disappoint. Thank you I appreciate your service.

Great service! Very timely, same day service. Had to have someone come back after we purchased what we needed. They even got us in before the scheduled installation date due to a cancellation. Great customer service with scheduling and from the in-person staff!

I recently used Miracle after another plumbing company failed to resolve my issue and was very impressed with the service that I received from Henry. He was friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions patiently and clearly. I was particularly impressed with his commitment to making sure that the problem was resolved before he left.

Openly stated and explained why I needed service and what items needed to be fixed. They sent someone who "wasn't comfortable" with the main purpose of the work to be done. They did fix the two other items I asked to be completed, 1. replace a cartridge on a utility tub sink and 2. replace an exterior spigot. Cost $350! Then, sent someone out the next day to hook up the water on my new refrigerator to the tune of $250. These guys are thieves. Will never call them back.

To be transparent, I haven't had any work done, yet, however I did have an estimate done and Logan was my tech. The insurance company declined my claim, and he advised me to call and fight it, then give them a call and set an appointment when I got it figured out. I thought he left, but he sat in my driveway and called my insurance company and argued on my behalf for half an hour to get them to take care of my claim. Now THAT'S customer service!

Miracle Plumbing and Heating responded right away to my request for a plumbing job that needed done before my house is put on the market soon. Scott, the technician, came promptly, assessed the situation, and advised me of the procedures that would be required. My job was put on MP&H's schedule for timely completion. Scott came on time, as scheduled, and in a friendly and efficient manner he completed the plumbing job. I am very happily satisfied with Miracle Plumbing and Heating, and their technician Scott, for their fine service!

Had them come out to check our AC unit, and while the job got done, their professionalism was severely lacking. They asked us if we had equipment that they needed to perform the job, the technician that came out called for a second to come out to bring a ladder (when he had one on his truck) resulting in (to my understanding) an extra charge, letting us hear the unpleasant exchange with a fellow technician in the process. After letting them know we did not have a shop vac (another piece of equipment we figured they would have had) we told them we would finish up the clean up to try and avoid any other additional charges. In the end our unit is working fine, but we will not be calling them in the future. It was an extremely disappointing experience.

Had them come out through insurance only to find out my insurance doesn’t cover exterior sewage (house to street) they hydro jet the pipe for $650, then my sewage backs up again, they come back out wanting $700. Get a second opinion and the problem was inside the home piping. This guy fixed it for under half the cost. RIP OFFS, go elsewhere

My home warranty company recommended Miracle after the first company failed to show/call. I was pleasantly surprised with the service! I got text reminders and a photo of the tech before his arrival. He was prompt and courteous and explained every step of the process. As it turned out, this repair was not covered by my policy so I had to pay out of pocket I felt the charges were fair and reasonable and they were cleared with me before he proceeded, I am VERY pleased.

I've had Miracle out to do a few jobs now and as it turns out, they are who the previous owners of my house also used. They are efficient, friendly, respectful, upfront and honest. If they're solving a problem, the start with the easy solution first and not with the one that would make them the most money. I really appreciate their work.

You get what you pay for

We are a commercial entity with six lavatories in our building. Two wash basins had fixtures that were outdated and worn out. We obtained new fixtures and Miracle's technicians handled the installation and minor repairs to the basins. Work was performed exactly as agreed. The job area was left in better condition than when they found it.

I needed a quote for a main stack repair/replacement, called them and they were out same day with a very reasonable price considering all the work that had to be done!!! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks for the quick response time and helping me out when I needed it!!

Our house had a gas leak, so we called Miracle Plumbing and Heating and told them we needed someone to check and repair our gas line. We were told it would be $69 for someone to come out as an inspection fee, which we agreed to. The service arrived, our pipes were looked at for two minutes and we were told it would be about a thousand dollars for a gas line test. A thousand. When we told the company we needed a gas leak repaired. We called another company and were told a line test could be done for less. Miracle Plumbing promptly charged us $69 and went on their way. This standardized line test cost could have been told over the phone and saved us time and money. If you wish to go with Miracle Plumbing and Heating, make sure to ask a lot of questions.

I asked them to add a gas pipe to my laundry room for a gas dryer. It required drilling a hole in the floor, adding a t piece to the existing pipe and adding 1 foot of vertical pipe . I expected $3-400 to do that . Maybe 2 hrs of work. The bill would have been $ 1100 ! The laundry room already had a 220 outlet. I didn’t have them do the work because of the expense. I bought an electric dryer instead for $650.

Miracle just installed a new water main at our home. They were extremely professional and arrived when they said they would. We recently had trees removed and stump grinding done. Our yard was a total mess. The operator replaced our dirt and neatly made mounds out of our grindings to make it easier for us to have them removed. They didn’t have to do that. A perfect example of above and beyond service. Class act!
