They came out on a Sunday for me in a pretty emergent situation in a very timely manner. The Flowpro guy was super nice with many years experience, gave a free estimate and didn't charge extra because it was a weekend day. He explained things thoroughly and told me advise about how to prevent problems in the future. What could've been a horrible experience turned into a pretty painless day for me. Great prices, great service.

I had a clogged drain in the basement that my washer dumped in to. The technician, Jason, did all of his checks to make sure it wasn’t a main drain. He fixed the problem and educated me along the way. He worked swiftly and efficiently.
Later in the evening I noticed a garage drain overflowing. I called and they were able to get the technician out here the next day. It was a Saturday too!! Jason came back out and fixed that problem without hesitation as well. He was also kind enough to help me tighten some connections under the sink after I changed out a sink drain.
I hope all of their technicians are as kind and as experienced as Jason was.
I refuse to give my money to mega corporations and big box chain companies, so I chose FlowPros because they were locally owned and operated. I’m glad I did because the service I received was nothing less than excellent. I recommend FlowPros. I had a leak under my kitchen sink as well as a really slow drain. They answered the phone very quickly and was able to make an appointment for the same day. The service person was Jason. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He fixed the problems and gave me some pointers to get the most time out of this repair. I appreciated his thoroughness and kind nature. I will definitely use FlowPros again in the future.

We had our sewer line replaced at the end of July. IT is now November and the road nor our driveway has been fixed. They have continually lied to us about when they are coming and then they never show up! Not a way to do business when you don't show up and you lie about everything!! Very unsatisfied customer!!!

I was very pleased with the fist service call we had them do but the one yesterday I'm very disappointed with not only did we have to wait a few days after the first visit but was told they would send an estimate for the job that we never received. They where late on arrival with no call to say they would be and the price to replace a 2 foot piece of lead pipe was 575 but first call was clean a drain and install pvc where I had cut out the old was only 375 come on guys you can do better. They are great guys and do quality work but that was wrong.
