Bravo to this plumbing company that showed up before their time estimate, investigated my issues without passing it off and considering an option for clean up that didnt compromise my finished side of the basement. On January 15th, 2026 Jamey replaced my water softener. It was more than just a replacement - it was an upgrade. A week earlier Jamey came out to see what the problem was and offer estimates for replacement and fixing the existing unit.

Considering the condition of my existing softener, I opted for the replacement. Jayme also pointed out that he would be improving the setup of the lines coming in and going out of the softener - the quality of work from the previous installer wasn't high quality.

The estimate was a good price, the job was completed in less time than I expected and Jamey made a point of explaining the new system to me.

I do appreciate the courtesy extended of calling shortly before arrival. That is one more quality of a professional who goes the extra distance to assist customers.
