This is the first time I used this company and I was so impressed! The serviceman was extremely respectful of the property. Tried to fix the issue first and when that wasn’t an option replaced it promptly. He also fixed two other items before he left. Was great with my pets as well. Give them a try you won’t regret it!!!

Mark of Paradigm promptly contacted me regarding an emergency situation and said that they would be at my house The next day. He showed up exactly at the time he said he would the next day and unclogged my basement drain that came from my kitchen sink . It was a job I would not have wanted to tackle myself because it was Much farther down the line than I could have dealt with. The cost was fair but, just the same would have been a surprise for someone on a very tight budget. Five stars from me for these guys

We have had Paradigm out twice, since moving into our home last year. We are new to the area and had to rely on reviews when searching for a plumber - luckily for us, the reviews for Ben and Marc and team have proved true.

They are efficient, friendly, and most importantly - they do good work.

Ben and his team were fantastic! We had to have part of our sewer lines replaced and other parts lined. They were very communicative and honest from the very start. They know what they are doing, and are experts in this field. They are very fairly priced and do fantastic work. We will only be going with Paradigm Services from here on out.

Great company. The owner took my call for water backing in mom's basement drain. The guys that came out were super polite, friendly and professional. Pricing was much less than expected. I will share this contact with friends and highly recommend them to everyone.

Marc Lewis was outstanding and very professional. I made an appointment to fix an 18 month old garbage disposal that wasn't working, a toilet that needed replacement and a hose bib in the garage that was leaking. Marc's knowledge and troubling shooting skills enabled him to repipe my disposal (so I didn't have to replace), replaced the toilet without any mess or smells, and removed it from my home without dripping across my floors) and fixed the leak at the garage hose bib at a cost lower than two previous estimates than other companies. I highly recommend Paradigm for any plumbing needs. Call them first and don't bother with other estimates. Oh, and I recommend asking for "Marc". Very happy and satisfied with the work.

Paradigm was hired by my neighbor to finish and repair work left uncompleted by another contractor. I’m so glad my neighbor chose them to do the work! They worked non-stop, were very professional and courteous of property lines. Watching Ryan work in a small space with a large excavator was amazing! Hire them! You’ll be happy you did!

Paradigm came out and fixed my sewer line. Ben, Marc and the Ryan's did great work and are very friendly guys. They are very reasonably priced which is great for a new home owner. They are honest about what repairs need done. I would recommend Paradigm to anyone. Thanks again guys.

Paradigm was subcontracted by That Plumber for a septic line repair at our home. The line ran under a large section of concrete on our back porch, and using a liner instead of digging saved us a ton on concrete removal and repair. The crew was friendly, respectful, and finished the job in just a few hours. We really appreciated their efficiency and professionalism.

Great people! Very knowledgeable! They had my outside drain cleaned out and repaired without any inconvenience to me.

I highly recommend Paradigm. I've had tree roots growing in my sewer pipes since I moved into my house. I had someone else come to clean them out about every 6 months, sometimes more frequently. So I wanted to try someone new to see if I wouldn't have to do it as often. Paradigm came out and they were great. They were able to come out I think the day after I called them (this was in April 2025, so I don't quite remember). The guy that came out was very prompt and answered all my questions since I was curious why the last company I used had to come to often. He told me their cleaning should last at least a year, but possibly two. He jetted the sewer line and used a camera to show me the before and after. It was amazing and he was very thorough and made sure to show me that he cleared everything out. He got the work done quickly and cleanly.
There was one issue where the drained backed up again the next day, so I called again and the guy came out the same day and apologize for the small issue. It was just that some roots got shot backward and were lodged in a different part of the drain. He cleared it out in just a few minutes at no extra charge since it was his accident, and it's been great ever since. As long as this lasts as long as he says, I will be very happy and it is definitely worth the money to not have someone come as often as I used to.
