Very Unprofessional and rude. Does not value customer service. The service man was mean and irritable. They use faulty materials that they do not back. It was an all around horrible experience!

Called about getting a meter horn and back flow preventer installed, no rush or immediate need on it. Lady answered the phone and said they are short on manpower, then hung up on me. Would not answer the phone again after repeated attempts. Totally unprofessional, don't waste your time even calling these people.

Main drain was clogged @ our home. Called Baum, they attempted to repair 6/1/17. Plumber tried for 2+ hours with two different machines that were too small to unclog drain. Plumber said they couldn't break through clog & had to schedule another appointment for 6/6/17 to scope drain to see what obstruction was, as he was convinced the drain had collapsed outside. Meanwhile I was still unable to run water for more than a few seconds before drain backed up. Called another plumber for a second opinion on the drain. He arrived with a larger/stronger electric snake & was able to unclog drain within 45 minutes as the drain was not collapsed but the clog was more difficult than normal to break through. On 6/3/17 I called & canceled the 6/6/17 appointment with Baum. Woman that answered phone hung up before I could give any information or explain what happened. Called back, she said they had caller ID, knew who I was & she didn't need any info beyond that & hung up again. Fast forward 3 weeks. Woman from Baum called me today 6/23/17 asking when I was going to pay bill from the job on 6/1,the job that they weren't capable of completing. I explained what happened, her response was 'lemme get this straight, you paid another company to move the clog but you won't pay us?' She then hung up, I called back twice & immediately got the voice mail recording. So, to anyone from Baum that may read this, please explain to your wonderfully pleasant secretary that I paid a company to successfully fix a problem not show up with inadequate equipment & fumble around for two hours, misdiagnos the problem & then leave when the drain was still clogged & just as useless as it was before I called. Just to clarify, the plumbers from Baum were polite & courteous, the secretary needs to brush up on people skills. I wouldnt recommend their services to anyone.

Have used them for 20 years; used to be 5 star service but with new owners of Jeff the Plumber, Inc their quality has slipped substantially. Have used them numerous times to replace water heaters in my rental homes. Called them 2/21/22 and they came out to the house within 2 hours, replaced the heater, and cleaned up nicely as usual. Called them 10/3/2023 to replace an 80 gallon water heater with a 40 gallon heater; they sent installer on 10/4/2023 who left old heater in basement, left electrical whip and water lines unattached to overhead joists, left mess on floor, and turned main water valve back on without checking for leaks causing a stream of water to run to floor drain, discovered on 10/5/2023 and fixed by myself by tightening the valve's packing nut. They came back and removed old heater later that day but had no plans to fix other issues, even though pictures of the unprofessional installation had been sent earlier to their office. I pointed out the shoddy workmanship and they made some corrections but still left the floor mess. Such a shame - used to be a fine company. I'm done with them.

Our plumber was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed all our concerns without issue. He even recommended a few things we could do to prevent future problems. Reasonable pricing as well.

Absolutely recommend Baum Plumbing LLC! Our upstairs shower drain loosened from stack and so LEAKED. Baum came out repaired leak with minimal ceiling damage. Had them out again to make vanity sink drains up to plumbing code; did it. Baum sent Jack both times. Experienced, thorough, personable and even cleans up afterwards. I am very happy with quality of work, pricing, how quickly Baum was able to schedule our jobs and how comfortable we felt with Jack. Another plumbing company couldn't get to us for over a week. Baum was able to schedule us the next day after the leak was discovered and so greatly minimized damage to the ceilings.

Hired them to do water service replacement on a rental property which they did well- they hired excavator and did plumbing hook up.

I then hired them to repair house sewer drain which they estimated verbally around $1800. Half way through the job they tell me I have to get excavator on my own! This was news to me (why wasn't that included in the estimate like it was for the water line??). Then they promise to have job done by certain day so I tell tenants when they can move in. They show up two days later to complete and I had to pay hotel for tenants since house wasn't ready on promised date.

Spoke with the owner and he refused to take any responsibility. Total cost came in $900 above original estimate.

To top it all off, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. A big fat zero for her for customer interaction skills.

I will never use them again. Extremely dissappointed.

I was in a pinch when my customer broke a cartridge in the bathtub. Walked right in the door and received wonderful customer service right away. Even told me the cartridge I needed was still under warranty. I will continue to support small plumbing supply houses like this. As a service plumber that is a small business myself I recommend this company to the fullest.

Baum Plumbing has been around for numerous years and I have used them multiple times. The office ladies are knowledgeable and very nice to speak with. The service technicians are very clean, polite, and knowledgeable. I called them for main drain cleaning and they was able to put me on the schedule same day. Their pricing is good and when they say they will arrive, they do. There was a time they would be later than expected and I received a call to let me know. I completely trust this company because they have never let me down and I would refer them to anyone.

The office lady was very nice and very personable. The office is also very knowledgeable in plumbing. They scheduled my plumbing repair same day and repaired my problem. Cost was average cost. The plumber was very nice, clean, and knowledgeable. Very honest and upfront people. Would definitely use this company again and would refer my friends and family. I give them an A+

We had Baum out to check out our water heater and found we not only needed a water heater due to bad water but also added a water treatment system to save any further damage from bad water. Our water tastes so much better now.
