If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience! Not prepared to do the job, left garbage everywhere, asked to start late in the day than charged time and a half after 5pm. Horrible!

I wasn't sure if I should look for somebody different then the plumber I usually do but I was thrilled I did bc free flow plumbing was very handy not to mention cheaper priced then what I expected and the plumber was patient to take the time to explain what he's doing and what it would cost me

Would not recommend them AT ALL. Had my mother crying and said that she was being disrespectful that’s HOW disrespectful they are. Told us they would fix it and then told us that they were here for a service call and we’re going to make us pay for the service call and for them to fix it and they MADE us do all the work for him while him and his whatever she is to him to watch us do everything .They made rude comments about us behind our back. Showed up in a family car clothes were very inappropriate. Came with no tools had to use ours. If I could live 0 stars I would.

Gene ended up coming out earlier than expected, very responsive, knew what he was doing, and did a great job. He tried his best to get our water line replaced and back on as quickly as possible and I would highly recommend giving this place a call for anyone needing work done.

I don't believe there is a better father son family-owned business Than This Crew. I would say that this man is probably one of the kindest most patient people that I've had the pleasure of working with in my home.! I also appreciate and respect the fact that he explains everything while he's doing it! I actually learned things from this guy. If you like a kind patient educated guy that knows his craft and has your back this is the crew to go to!! I would say that old school work ethic is missing in our society today. I like the fact that the guy that owns this business backs up his work 100% no BS ,no corporate price gouging, just old-fashioned hard work and serving the community you will be impressed and might even learn something.!

This place is a joke. They have NO respect for anyone very very rude. And for someone to be told so many times that the person that knows where everything is at is dead. Only to be told I WAS DISRESPECTFUL. Came in a family car very unprofessional clothes. Were making rude comments behind our back and saying that they couldn't do the job. Made us do the work for him and expected us to pay him. Also were making comments about my family. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM OR ANYONE THERE TO ANYONE. Very disappointed on how they treated us.

Has been to my house multiple times to fix a leak. Paid $600. Nothing has been fixed. The leak is still there. It has not stopped leaking at all. Water coming under toilet that he supposedly repaired. I was able to find a new plumber that I wish I had called first. They are so professional and shocked at what this "plumber" has done. Very frustarsting for a single mom working in healthcare during a pandemic to be taken advantage of like this.

We called to have a leak under our kitchen sink fixed on a Saturday. They came over and quickly "repaired" it. Sunday morning we woke to the same leak. When we contacted them, they said it was double time plus parts. And again told us we should have just replaced all pipes totalling over $1000. We had already spent over $200 for the "repair" that was never completed. Would not recommend them to anyone.

My mother in law hired this company to find and repair a leak and remove water from my basement. The tech said he would try to unclog a drain to drain the water. He did none of the above. He sent my family member to Lowes to buy a sump pump, did not install it for them, and charged for 2 hours labor. He claimed there is no drain when in fact there is and it was cleaned earlier this year. Find another reputable plumber who will charge a service fee only if they can't fix your problem and not waste your time and theirs to do nothing for you.

BE VERY CAREFUL when choosing this company. ASK THE PLUMBER TO SHOW HIS PLUMBING LINCESE AND A COPY OF HIS WORKMENS COMP. INSURANCE COVERAGE. Protect yourself and your property! The owner quoted a price of $125 per hour for a backed up floor drain. After finishing the job he tried to add a $90 "service charge" to my bill and tried to charge me for 2 hrs of work, even though he was only here 45 minutes. After an argument about the charges he settled for $150, and marked the bill paid in full. He was very messing and did not clean up after his work. Make sure you get a WRITTEN quote before letting him begin work on your plumbing project.

Had a sewer emergency at 9pm. Was charged over $600 for cleaning out a sewage back up. He was still unsuccessful. Didn't have the proper tools because a different plumber the next morning was able to clear it with a much better drain snake. He was also, very messy. My bathroom had feces flung on the walls, toilet, bathtub, sink, & even mirror. and he tracked it through my carpeted hallway. He also doesn't write up an estimate before work. Lesson learned. Do not use this company.

I give Free Flowing Drain and Plumbing Repair 5 stars, I had no complaints. He was on time, polite, and a man of few words. He worked fast and I could tell he knew what he was doing. The job was done, he thanked us and said goodbye, and I went on with my day like nothing ever happened.

Basement backed up and was flooded. They came out immediately. Extremely professional and courteous. Very transparent. Explained pricing ahead of time. Pricing is very reasonable. They were able to get our lines cleared. Thankfully it was nothing more than tree roots. They didn’t try to make it more than what it was. I would absolutely refer them and call again if we need it.
