These guys are great. My 100yr old 4" cast'ron drain was cracked and rotted where it went through my basement block wall. With it being such a major job (having to make a hole in my block and cut out a small 3'x3' section in my driveway) I was... pretty nervous. But with great confidence, Ryan, Ben and another worker took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Within roughly 4 hrs, they got it done. They were also very friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!

I appreciate the service I received from Paradigm Sewer and Drain Plumbing. They came out the same day and offered exceptional service. They took care of my problems concerning my front and back water faucets leaking. I am thankfully for the work they did and would definitely recommend them.

5 stars all around! I called the first day to have my kitchen sink snaked and unclogged, around 11am. Mark showed up before noon! He was able to fix the clog in under an hour. $225 might be a bit steep for a snake but again, I think it was convenience. I had him look at what I thought was a small leak in my basement while he was here, and we scheduled new piping and some toilet work for the following week. Fast forward to today, they fixed all my issues and leaks, new piping, and was done in about 3.5 hours. $1,100. Again, not sure how fair that is but I’m happy. This was a real problem that I had no idea was as bad as it was. My dad oversaw since I’m not sure being a woman exactly the extent of everything, and he was happy with their services too. I would most definitely use Paradigm again and I’ve already told a few others looking for good plumbers to call these guys up! Thank you so much gentleman!

We are pleased with the service and results we received from Paradigm. We were having a problem with the drain line from our downspouts. Marc and Ryan quickly identified the crushed section of pipe causing the problem. They excavated and replaced the pipe within half a day. Their price was very competetive/reasonable and the service was fast, efficient, and friendly.

They are pricey but very knowledgeable and have the best equipment for the job. They installed a clean out for my sewer line and jetted out the roots. 3 months later the roots grew back and they jetted again at no cost to me. That was much appreciated

When you need plumbing services, sometimes you feel a bit vulnerable however Paradigm was there immediately and took care of my problem without trying to upsell or take advantage of me. When one of the big box companies couldn't figure out my problem in two hours with two techs and two supervisors... I wanted a second opinion.

Ben came recommended and he figured out the problem in 40 minutes. He also had a clean-up service on speed dial and got the repairs done quickly.

No one wants their basement floor chopped up to fix a drain, but he was in and out in less than a day for the repair.

I'm keeping him on speed dial and would recommend him very highly.

Absolutely Fantastic! I had a plugged drain there service was outstanding.
I had called 13 different drain companies that claim to have 24/7 service. I didn’t even get a call back from any of them. False advertising!!! I would like to print out all the places I called. But after finding Paradigm plumbing I found someone that cares about customer service!!
