Whoever installed the faucets in my niece's house did a terrible job; the screw holding the cold handle would come loose so no one could it on sometimes, or off on others. The guys at Renner's found a tiny part number on the plastic extension I brought in, and that told them which brand of faucet she had, and that led to the right new extensions and the right knobs. Like good detectives, they followed the clues and solved the mystery! I would have given 5 stars but the first fella I met was willing to give up. It wasn't till I pushed a little and the other guy got involved that we made progress. Once back at the house I had new, secure, working knobs on both faucets in just minutes.

I called to see if they had half inch compression fittings, he said idk you will have to come look then hung up on me. Pretty professional if you ask me.
