Had exactly what I needed, and the ladies at the counter were able to provide me with some good advice about another issue I was having. Highly recommend

One of the very few, if not the only remaining "plumbing only" store in Canton that still sells replacement parts for faucets & other plumbing needs. Water heaters, fittings, drain lines, gas lines cut & threaded, & many other hard to find plumbing items. Employees are right there as soon as you walk in the door to take care of you unlike the home improvement chains where your chances of finding someone to help & that person even being knowledgeable is very slim.

I am a weekend handyman and I built a bathroom during the pandemic. After doing some research I was able to draw out my plan and measure all my pipes and distances they got everything I needed I overbought a little bit and they were able to take back what I didn’t need. they were super helpful I came towards the end of the day and they even stayed a couple minutes late for me.

Horrible place to be at. Customer service is non-existent. They will watch you like you are a thief and even tell you they won't leave you alone. Very impatient, uncooperative and unprofessional. I can't believe it. And i'm not a shady looking or acting person as they treated me. I work in an office. Trust me, if you are in a good mood, you won't be by the time you leave this place. I will never go here again and I hope you don't either. These people are bad.

Renner's plumbing was excellent! After going to Home Depot & Lowe's to find materials to deal with my plumbing issues I went to Renner's & spoke with knowledgeable people who were able to get me going in the right direction & even for less money than the big box stores. I'm so appreciative to the people behind the counter at Renner's who earned this very positive review & my business. I can highly recommend Renner's for the help & materials you may need for your plumbing repairs.

Best place to find hard to find plumbing parts

Very helpful and knowledgeable man that works here!! I’m as cheap as they come and usually do Amazon or other big box stores but I feel really good that I supported this small business. In and out in 5 minutes. I can’t say enough how helpful.

The ladies at Renner’s are amazing. I went there with an old bath faucet stem. They diligently checked all of their stock without success. They then spent a lot of time going through catalogs trying to find a match. Eventually they determined the manufacturer and model number.

Their nearby suppliers did not have it. They could order it but it would take several days. They then started calling local competitors to see if they had it. After many calls, they found it at the Lowe’s in Green. They then called the store and had them hold it for me.

I tried to pay them for their time but they refused. I was blown away by their diligent professionalism.

Needed to get a part to connect my portable dishwasher to my sink on June 29th. The staff there was able to find a part out of their scrap pile and gave it to me for free! I was so pleased with the service I did buy some snacks from them so they'd get some $ for their time. I recommend them!

We stopped in looking for an uncommon plumbing valve. Not only did they help us figure out what it was and where we could buy it, they also spent time problem solving another issue and came up with a creative and free solution that worked! Absolutely outstanding customer service! Thanks for your help, ladies!

Very poor customer service plus rude. Left after ringing the doorbell once had to call him and make him turn around lied and said he was knocking and ringing the doorbell repeatedly for over five mins when I had him on my ring camera only ringing it once and I was at the door with in two mins to answer it. And he was over a hour late for the appointment. My door to the water shut off was locked and when I went upstairs to get the key I heard him banging on the door to force it open then he never even needed to get into the back room to fix the toilet. Because there’s a shut off in the bathroom. Took him all of 5 mins to install a new valve. Over all very unprofessional very rude poor customer service. And very much got the impression that he didn’t want to be bothered with the work I needed done. If I could give no stars I would.

I guess nothing really wrong for being strictly business. I just prefer a little personal touch. You don't need to cut me off and be rude because I'm small talking. I don't work with businesses that don't know how to be personable.
