Had them come out through insurance only to find out my insurance doesn’t cover exterior sewage (house to street) they hydro jet the pipe for $650, then my sewage backs up again, they come back out wanting $700. Get a second opinion and the problem was inside the home piping. This guy fixed it for under half the cost. RIP OFFS, go elsewhere

My home warranty company recommended Miracle after the first company failed to show/call. I was pleasantly surprised with the service! I got text reminders and a photo of the tech before his arrival. He was prompt and courteous and explained every step of the process. As it turned out, this repair was not covered by my policy so I had to pay out of pocket I felt the charges were fair and reasonable and they were cleared with me before he proceeded, I am VERY pleased.

I've had Miracle out to do a few jobs now and as it turns out, they are who the previous owners of my house also used. They are efficient, friendly, respectful, upfront and honest. If they're solving a problem, the start with the easy solution first and not with the one that would make them the most money. I really appreciate their work.

We are a commercial entity with six lavatories in our building. Two wash basins had fixtures that were outdated and worn out. We obtained new fixtures and Miracle's technicians handled the installation and minor repairs to the basins. Work was performed exactly as agreed. The job area was left in better condition than when they found it.

I needed a quote for a main stack repair/replacement, called them and they were out same day with a very reasonable price considering all the work that had to be done!!! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks for the quick response time and helping me out when I needed it!!

Our house had a gas leak, so we called Miracle Plumbing and Heating and told them we needed someone to check and repair our gas line. We were told it would be $69 for someone to come out as an inspection fee, which we agreed to. The service arrived, our pipes were looked at for two minutes and we were told it would be about a thousand dollars for a gas line test. A thousand. When we told the company we needed a gas leak repaired. We called another company and were told a line test could be done for less. Miracle Plumbing promptly charged us $69 and went on their way. This standardized line test cost could have been told over the phone and saved us time and money. If you wish to go with Miracle Plumbing and Heating, make sure to ask a lot of questions.

I asked them to add a gas pipe to my laundry room for a gas dryer. It required drilling a hole in the floor, adding a t piece to the existing pipe and adding 1 foot of vertical pipe . I expected $3-400 to do that . Maybe 2 hrs of work. The bill would have been $ 1100 ! The laundry room already had a 220 outlet. I didn’t have them do the work because of the expense. I bought an electric dryer instead for $650.

Miracle just installed a new water main at our home. They were extremely professional and arrived when they said they would. We recently had trees removed and stump grinding done. Our yard was a total mess. The operator replaced our dirt and neatly made mounds out of our grindings to make it easier for us to have them removed. They didn’t have to do that. A perfect example of above and beyond service. Class act!

TL;DR: Exterior Water Line Replacement due to low pressure. Rescheduled on 4 separate occasions. 5/30, 6/9, 6/18, 6/19, all of which(except 5/30) were same day cancelations with a phone call at 7:30 AM. then finally completed on 7/3. Destroyed our outdoor electrical box, downspout, and yard in the process and did not try whatsoever to leave in "excellent condition" as the website suggests. Buried a whole tree we had in the front of our house during the refilling of excavated dirt, and took 10 days to get a call back about reimbursement of our tree. Didn't check to make sure work was properly completed, as we had a notice from the water company saying they're going to shut off our water since they didn't reconnect the meter lines.
Their 4.7 star rating is total bologna today. I believe this company probably used to be way better as the 4.7 star rating with 600 reviews is very hard to maintain, but almost all of their recent reviews are poor. I would recommend you not use this company under any circumstance.

The technician was patient, even though he had to wait, because no one answered the, till I called home. He worked on the original problem and agreed to check on a suggestion of something else we had wrong. His added attention to detail is what fixed everything and prevented a competitor from trying to charge us thousands of dollars to dig up our basement.

My experience was excellent. Scott was great and very transparent, efficient and knowledgeable. I had a clog in my kitchen sink and the garbage disposal went out, he got it back up and working within no time. Will be recommending these guys to family and friends!

Boiler wasn't keeping up in cold temps. Tech came out to trouble shoot and found no issues. Unit is working properly.

Rich Anthony from Miracle Plumbing did an amazing job on our hot water heater which was leaking water from the pressure valve. He also discovered that we did not need any extra services to bring our system into compliance saving us from spending extra money. Horrible experience!! Do NOT use!! The trip charge is was quoted wasnt what I was charged, and apparently the technicians determine what your service charges are! I was charged over $350 for a warranty replacement of heating elements in my hot water tank.... Definitely wont ever being using these guys again!!

Miracle plumbing was amazing with my elderly dad. They were on time with their first visit. After an accident that resulted in a water line being cut, the business was so on top of making sure the issue was fixed exactly how my dad wanted it. They made several trips to the house to make sure he wasn’t without kitchen water until the new faucet was available to be installed. They were honest and made sure everything was in order before signing off on the job. All of their service techs were friendly and very patient. Very standup company. We were very impressed. Miracle Plumbing's technician, Doug, did an excellent job today restoring hot water to our kitchen sink (Hooray!) and replacing three different faucets in our home. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Goodbye leaky, dripping faucets! Doug even went the extra mile to inform us that our Delta faucets were guaranteed for life and could be replaced later at NO replacement cost (labor only) if we called Delta and saved the model number. We couldn't ask for a nicer plumber.

i seriously am just at a loss for words - not only were we rescheduled four times (weather, staff having family emergencies and issues with our gas line not being located like it was supposed to be) and pushed back from our initial date of 5/30 to 7/3, but when the work was done one of our trees was completely missing. they completely buried our sand cherry in the 6ft trench they dug. our downspout connecter/adapter is also smashed now and our electrical box that we have out front is completely hanging off. just so unprofessional and careless in handling our outdoor items - not to mention they are ignoring us despite calling and leaving messages twice regarding the next course of action.

I requested service and an appointment was scheduled, with a $69 fee just to come out. When they arrived, I explained the issue, and they immediately said there was nothing they could do. Despite no work being performed, I was then charged an additional $75 simply for being there.

This felt absolutely unreasonable and like a money grab. A reputable plumbing company should be upfront about fees and limitations before the visit—not charge extra for work that was never done.
