Barley's Heating & Air Conditioning poor service. Was scheduled to fix Air conditioning June 27, then rescheduled to July 2 now rescheduled to July 3. Would not recommend this company. Cannot keep a committment.

The receptionist was very helpful sympathetic, they got to my problem quickly and fixed my furnace immediately. Very thankful for their professional, effective service.

Knowledgeable, trustworthy, good pricing, good and quick work. Which is not always easy to come by now days.

Barley's was great. They came out within 2 hours of our call. The technician was polite and competent. He had the problem identified and fixed in less than an hour.

This use to be a very good and reliable business but in the past 3 years it's customer service has deteriorated immensely. We called them to come out and give us a quote for a particular job and they never returned our call that we made more than once. Just recently I called them to come and look at our air conditioner that was not working. They gave me an appointment and never showed or called to cancel. I have found someone else now when I need something done. I will not call Barley's again and certainly would not recommend them.

Woke up to cold air blowing from our furnace in the middle of the night. Called Barley's because they were so close to my house first thing in the morning. They got me in same day and everything is repaired and working as it should and prices were more than reasonable. The service techs were on time (got a call 15 minutes out and they were there when they said), professional and overall great to work with. I'll be using Barley's Heating and Air Conditioning for everything in the future, they were great to do business with!

They're a fair service with decent prices. They've fixed my problems in the past for myself as well as family without much trouble. But trying to get them to come out lately is extremely difficult. I took two half days from work waiting for them but they kept telling me that they were not able to get to me. I was promised Thursday and no show. I was told Friday Morning and they were a no show. I gave them a call and was told they had jobs that they had to finish up from the night before. As the other reviews have said, customer service with them is deplorable unfortunately.

Additional information 9/10/18 - I reached out 3 months ago regarding this review in trying to let them know how I felt with no response. I've since found a few other Heating and Cooling businesses that are local to us that do a fantastic job. Barley's just does not cut it in today's market and their service really shows it.

Called for service on a nonworking furnace at 10 degrees outside and the tech called back and said they were not taking new customers.

If your not a current customer my recommendation is NOT to call them.

Brian and his team did a phenomenal job updating my furnace.

Started out kind of rough on Saturday 9-18-2021. But was taken care by Brian on Sunday with the reason for the issue on the day before.all that was wrong was a capacitor that went bad. Really professional and personal. We will be using them from now on. Hope this help with any decision your making.
