Attempted contact for 5 hours while our house had no heat with no response.
Our first call was at 8 P.M. We were told the technician would call us with an ETA soon. An hour went by, we called back and they said maybe he's on a job. Understandable.
Two hours later, call and they put it another ticket.
We're on five hours of waiting and multiple phone calls. It's one in the morning. We continue to call and get told, "the most they can do is message the technician".

The technicians Brett and Justice were great. They were there prompt, ready to go, and did the job perfectly while explaining everything to me. The business it’s self advertises $49 for the service fees everywhere you look on their website… And on their van… But that price is only for some select customer that I have no idea about because you can’t find what it means on their website. As common folk have $98 service fees that you can’t find on the website. No matter how good your technicians are, false advertising or deceptive advertising puts a bad taste in anyone’s mouth. Would recommend their service, but beware or you will not get the $49 rate they advertise.

Brett came out for a furnace check up and he was great: professional, knowledgeable & personable! He thoroughly examined & tested the furnace, replaced one part & gave me advice about who to call regarding the underground venting that concerned me. I'm very pleased & will recommend All Comfort Heating & Cooling to everyone!

Our Air Conditioning stopped working on a miserable humid 90 degree day in Ohio. Called & they worked in same day & after hours a service call. Tyler the service tech diagnosed the problems- replaced parts & cleaned coils that desperately needed. Tyler was very knowledgeable and thorough,
Tyler was so good - I decided to have a 1yr service agreement with this company.
I am so glad I called this company. I plan to use them for all AC & Heating needs moving forward.

I was having problems with lights blinking when furnace turned on, scary loud clunking noise n loudly running furnace. Called several places, including shanklin, who was very aggressive on the phone and without having even done the check up, had me spending $800. All comfort quoted me a cleaning n maintenance price that was wonderful and got me scheduled for the next morning. Not only was the technician prompt, but thorough, respectful to wear booties over his dirty boots and very gracious with explaining everything. Best service call ive had ever. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and when he left, everything was fixed at a great price.

Our heat went out during the night. They came out within just a few hours of me calling the next morning. We had Brett as our serviceman and we were Incredibly pleased with the service. Brett was super polite, informative, and efficient. I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs!

We bought our home almost 2 years ago and never had our furnace serviced. We called All Comfort Heating and Cooling to clean & provide a tune-up for the furnace. They were prompt, friendly and gave tips to keep everything running more efficiently. I will call All Comfort in the future for any of our heating or cooling needs!

Easy to set up the appointment. Guy came actually earlier than scheduled and I received a phone call well in advance to let me know he would be early. Service man Ricky was knowledgeable, personable and most of all very professional. Everything was explained in detail about what he was doing and why and prices are reasonable. Recently our A/C unit went out over one of our hotter weekends of the summer. We received a few estimates. Not only was All Comfort able to beat everyone's prices they were able to schedule us with-in a couple days. We have heard from others that they were waiting 10-21 days to get a new A/C. During the install the technicians even removed an old humidifier that was not working and routed the A/C lines to accommodate the furnace setup better. In short very pleased with the whole process, only took a few days from start to finish. Highly recommend

I recently purchased a home and wanted to have my furnace inspected and cleaned to make sure my system was operating as it should. I came across All Comfort Heating and Cooling. I was pleased to find that I didn't have to wait weeks to schedule and they were able to accommodate my schedule easily. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It is always wonderful to support a small local business verses a large corporate chain especially when they do exceptional work and are honest and trustworthy. My AC went out with 90 degree weather in the forecast and company coming. I called them and got the service call on the same day. He trouble shot the issue, checking the logical issues ( a big storm had recently rolled through the area ) and identified a poor wire connection at the outdoor unit. An easy fix for someone knowing his trade. Excellent service. Very satisfied customer.

Very pleased with this company. They installed a new AC system for us last year. I had quoted about 5 companies and while All Comfort was not perfectly the cheapest they had the best value balanced with good reviews. They also offered and additional warranty at a cost that was still less than some of the quotes. Their install cost included a couple of free maintenance visits which helps a lot.

Their reviews were pretty good and I can see why. They are professional and kind and they get things done fast.

They also just recently performed a routine maintenance for me even though I was late requesting it per our terms from last year’s install. I really appreciate that!

One thing I VERY much appreciated is when they initially came to quote the new AC system, I did not feel pressured. I also didn’t see any shifty attempts to be evasive when I asked certain questions. That was not true of a couple of the other companies we quoted. All Comfort seemed direct and honest, which is rare. So far I am very pleased with All Comfort’s services.

We had All Comfort install mini splits in our home and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Brian came out twice to go over all of our options before we even decided to move forward with having them installed. He was always quick to answer any questions and had us installed quick! The guys who installed were nice and professional. They cleaned up very well and were always on time and did a fantastic job. We had an issue with one of our units and Brian was awesome in getting back to us and getting it resolved quickly. As well as looking out for us as a customer! He personally came to our house and running around to pick up parts to help get it all resolved and back up and running. They all did a great job and were very professional. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I came home from work today and our A/C had stopped working. Being that it was over 80 degrees in our house and we have a 2 year old with a 7pm bedtime this was bad news. I called All Comfort because I know they have a great reputation. A gentleman answered the phone and took my information. Within a half hour I got a call back from a technician named Brady that said he could be at our house in an hour. Brady pulled in our driveway exactly an hour later and within 10 minutes tracked down the problem to some bad wiring within our furnace. He fixed the wiring and got the blower running again in no time. He then went outside and cleaned our A/C unit before putting everything back together. He explained everything he did and why he was doing it. It was very informative and helpful. Within one total hour he had our A/C fixed and running like new again. And now that it’s cleaned it won’t need to work as hard which will save me money on my electric bill. A double win. Overall an awesome experience. All Comfort will be the only company I ever call when I need this type of service in the future.

My furnace went out on Dec 23rd. I called All Comfort to get a 2nd estimate after I was told by another company that my furnace was not fixable and I would need to replace the whole furnace. Devin from All Comfort came out and was able to diagnose the problem. A new part needed to be ordered. He saved me thousands of dollars. He also was able to do a temporary fix so we would have heat over the Holiday’s. Not only was he knowledgable, but more importantly he was HONEST!

Don’t make the same mistake I made-make sure you call Sammy and his team first!
I initially called A-All Comfort Heating to help diagnose and issue that another company created on an improper install issue, and they absolutely came through. Sammy and his team spent countless hours tracking down and fixing problems that were not their fault. They could have charged me a fortune to clean up someone else’s mistakes, but they didn’t. They worked hard, stayed honest, and figured it out the right way.
That kind of integrity is rare.
Kudos to Sammy and the entire team. I’ve officially found my new heating and A/C company, and I won’t call anyone else.

We had biannual maintenance from all comfort, but instead of resolving issues, the service appears to have created a new and more serious problems. The latest issue was an incorrect belt and pulley setup during the maintenance caused the blower motor to be overworked and repeatedly trip. When I contacted them about this, they refused to even inspect the issue as a basic courtesy— the last maintenance was performed 6 months ago, in the late July period time.
Very disappointing service and lack of accountability.

Btw, if you would like I can add the initial issue we experienced immediately after the maintenance in August 2025 and again 2024 summer.
