The tune up was to cost 74.00. Agreed first time client. Wavered maintenance club charge 29.00 coupon.
Maintence man Kevin was at our home 2.5 hours,
Seeming to be in no hurry to get done.
We had no issues with furnace but capacitors (correction) could be replaced. The parts cost 25.00 for both - Installed in 10 min. after being here 2 hours. Besides parts and maintenance tune up, charged 100.00 per part for labor.
our bill 325.00.
The parts were easy to install, and I thought this was unfair. All the testing included in tune up. Why was labor so high? It's not a 100.00 job to install a capacitor. I read reply...

Office staff is courteous and helpful, and they had a technician at my house about an hour after calling for service(!!!). The technician provided clear, concise explanation of the problem, offered options, and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. A great experience from start to finish, and I will definitely use and recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling in the future.

Shawn and his men have been out to my house several times. They were there for me when my hot water tank leaked all over the basement and I didn't know where the shut off valve was. He rushed out to shut the water off and within an hour someone was there to replace it! They were very friendly and knowledgeable I also had them come to fix my ac on a very hot day! Again, they were extremely polite and knowledgeable!
I cannot thank them enough for their help and expertise. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to family and friends! .

Absolutely do not use this business as long as they are installing Daikin products. They installed a furnace and air conditioner in our house 3 years ago that have not worked properly since. Every time they need to come out they charge for the same repairs over and over again. They are extremely rude on the phone and argumentative when calling and explaining your problem. I highly highly highly recommend finding another provider for all your heating and cooling needs!!!! This company is a joke!!!! Please be aware before you are scammed as well!!!

Josh was very positive with our problem.Very nice person and fixed the problem then took few extra minutes to make sure all was aok. Would like him to be our tech anytime.

I am so pleased with how professional and knowledgeable Shawn and his staff are. We called in with major issues and they immediately that day penciled us in and came out to look at it. He worked around our busy work schedule and was able to get everything done in a timely manner and went above and beyond what was expected. After the job was finished he did a walk through and thoroughly explained everything to us. Never made us feel rushed.

On another note he also caught a gas leak, and saved us from potential carbon monoxide poisoning. I will recommend them over and over again.

We have worked with them for about 4 years now. Had an AC installed. We chose them because prev homeowners had their furnace installed through them. Have always had quality work from them. They helped us with an issue today (ductwork was in the way of a gas line). Extremely grateful that they were able to squeeze us in. They even identified another potentially harmful issue and resolved that too. Thank you.

Called Advance and tech came to house and was very helpful. He was timely as well. Which is amazing. they give you a window of 2 hours and without fail he was there within that time. What was even nicer they texted me to advise they were on their way. Price was very reasonable. I will vouch for this company any time and recommend to my family and friends. Shawn has been servicing our home for three years now. It is always a pleasure to have him come for regular checkups. We couldn't be happier with the new AC unit he's put in, repairs to our furnace, ductwork fixed for our hot water tank ventilation, and emergency dryer vent repairs. We plan on having him back for a new furnace, hot water tank, and redoing our dryer vent ducts very soon. You won't regret using Advance Heating and Cooling!

Usually deal with Shawn, who is great and yesterday I had Brody. He was great as well!
Took the time to explain everything to me and took Care of getting my AC fan running again, by replacing blower motor. My only complaint is that I wished I would have had a Bryant unit installed instead of the Airease 7.5 years ago, AH&C. I’ve had a leak in AC which cost me over $800 and blower motor out yesterday. In 20 years with my Bryant unit I had no issues. Just got too old. Other than that I will continue to be a customer of Advance Heating and Cooling and recommend to my friends and family for service or install.

I should’ve known to stay away from this company after seeing the combative responses to negative reviews.
Our heat suddenly went out so I called this company as the sticker was already on the furnace of the home we moved in.
$89 just to come out and look a few minutes of looking the tech immediately starts to tell me I need a new furnace, not only that but my family was in danger of dying due to carbon monoxide if I didn’t replace the unit. (Read yelp reviews I’m not the first person this sales tactic was used on by them.)
Went on to tell me how he’s saved several families personally from carbon monoxide by carrying them out of their home which seemed extremely far fetched but could be true I don’t know.
He then said it looked like the ignitor went out which he could replace for an additional $390 as long as I turned the gas back on.
I knew I was being gouged but I was in a hurry to get back to work and needed heat. I also feared he would damage the unit somehow if I declined service so I agreed.
It took him under 3 minutes to replace the $390 part so I guess the service is speedy.
He did agree to wave the service fee after I inquired about what seemed to be an overpriced part/service which was nice of him.
I would not recommend this company as they seem like they’re just out to get over on anyone without as much HVAC knowledge as them as oppposed to good honest service and integrity.
They did arrive on time and replaced the part extremely fast so I gave an extra star.

One of just a couple groups that actually answered their phones on December 23rd. Came in, provided an honest assessment of my water heater issue. Pricing was fair on the replacement and the crew was fast, courteous, and did a great job, and cleaned up when finished. Will use again in the future.

What a great company!! I made many calls to heating & cooling companies when my furnace started to malfunction on a Sunday morning. Shawn returned my message extremely fast (all of the others didn't return my call till Monday). I explained to him the noises that I was hearing and sent him a picture. He dionosed the problem and walked me through what I needed to do. They came out as soon as I was available and resolved the issue at a great price. The employees were extremely professional and left the work area free of debris when they were finished. This is a company that understands repeat customers are the lifeblood to a successful business. I will always use this company for my heating and cooling needs.
