    The tune up was to cost 74.00. Agreed first time client. Wavered maintenance club charge 29.00 coupon. Maintence man Kevin was at our home 2.5 hours, Seeming to be in no hurry to get done. We had no issues with furnace but capacitors (correction) could be replaced. The parts cost 25.00 for both - Installed in 10 min. after being here 2 hours. Besides parts and maintenance tune up, charged 100.00 per part for labor. our bill 325.00. The parts were easy to install, and I thought this was unfair. All the testing included in tune up. Why was labor so high? It's not a 100.00 job to install a capacitor. I read reply...

    Office staff is courteous and helpful, and they had a technician at my house about an hour after calling for service(!!!). The technician provided clear, concise explanation of the problem, offered options, and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need.     Shawn and his men have been out to my house several times. They were there for me when my hot water tank leaked all over the basement and I didn't know where the shut off valve was. He rushed out to shut the water off and within an hour someone was there to replace it! They were very friendly and knowledgeable I also had them come to fix my ac on a very hot day! Again, they were extremely polite and knowledgeable! I cannot thank them enough for their help and expertise. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to family and friends! .

    Absolutely do not use this business as long as they are installing Daikin products. They installed a furnace and air conditioner in our house 3 years ago that have not worked properly since. Every time they need to come out they charge for the same repairs over and over again. They are extremely rude on the phone and argumentative when calling and explaining your problem. I highly highly highly recommend finding another provider for all your heating and cooling needs!!!! This company is a joke!!!! Please be aware before you are scammed as well!!!

    I am so pleased with how professional and knowledgeable Shawn and his staff are. We called in with major issues and they immediately that day penciled us in and came out to look at it. He worked around our busy work schedule and was able to get everything done in a timely manner and went above and beyond what was expected. After the job was finished he did a walk through and thoroughly explained everything to us. Never made us feel rushed. On another note he also caught a gas leak, and saved us from potential carbon monoxide poisoning. I will recommend them over and over again. Thank you once again Shawn and crew! My family and I are so very thankful ❤️
