Kid was weed wacking and flung a rock at my car so hard it took my paint down to the metal and dent it as well. Been in contact with them until recently and apparently I'm not good enough to be responded to anymore.
Last year the service was great. This year, not so much. I never knew when they were gonna show up and actually had to ask them to stop trimming because they scalped my yard all the way around with the trimmer. So much so, I had to seed bare spots. The last time they came to mow, half of my front yard was left unmowed. I called and was told they would be back to fix it....never showed up. I called 2 weeks later, while out of town, to find out when they would be out for my regular mow and was told I wasn't even on the schedule. I was then told they would be calling me to let me know when they were coming and got no call. I then called to cancel my service and was rudly asked why and was told I was on the schedule. They were supposed to come and finish the month that I had already paid for and never showed up. I came home from an out of town funeral to find my lawn severely overgrown and not touched. I would like a refund for May as they did not do what they were supposed to do.
