Mark is a very smart electrician. His team is amazing and I would definitely recommend him/them for ANY electrical job. Now I'm not sure about the one star review somebody gave his company, but I know for a fact if they will fix whatever problem you are having and if it's not right they will definitely make it right. Quick response, but did not fix problem. Our breaker was tripping. The man said he replaced the correct item, but he replaced a completely unrelated part. When we called back to say it didn't work, they said they could not come out for another week. Family friend took a look at it and fixed it in 5 minutes. Told us he had worked with this company before and didn't have positive encounters. Dissapointed, but at least we fixed our own problem.

We had a incident here Wednesday. Limb took down our power line. Pulled the complete service out of.the meter. We have Richardsons a call. They had a crew here within 2 hours. Had to completely install everything new. They worked through the rain and we were back with power within 10 hours. They did a fantastic job and were so considerate and professional. Would give them a 5 star rating. Thanks again for your service.

Super group of electricians and staff that did a new 12 KW Generac Generator with new box and complete rewire of our down to the studs roof off Leesville Lake cottage remodel about 3 years ago. Everything has worked perfectly without a hitch. They were very responsive to fixture placement and installation details. We feel they were very reasonable for the time spent and the quality of the install. I write this as they come out yearly for generator maintenance. Highly recommend!

They were out in a rather timely manner to look over the job and had the quote to us fast. They were very professional and neat and clean with the job and pointed out other possible problem areas we could run into and gave recommendations to fix them.
