Stopped in to look for a part for our furnace. Unfortunately they didn't carry it but they were able to send us in the right direction.

They have everything Home Depot and Lowe's don't have. Plus knowledge. That's a plus in this world.

The Experience with the New Owners was Terrible.I grew up in Carroll County.And I am ashamed to see we have a horrible Business like that in our community.Never Trust them to do any work in your home.Or Trust them to uphold any warranty on anything.

When service is needed they are johnny on the spot. They are very helpful. Great staff!

The young man came out yesterday to fix my hot water tank he was very nice and he did what needed to be done

I had them come out two different times for the same issue which didn't fix anything. And I had to pay two them twice for it!! Poor business ethics.

Office Staff called me a LIAR. Dave is a very Rude person who should never be allowed to speak. " I've been in the business for over 20 years. " He told me that He Said" don't let the door hit You on your Way out " that is a direct quote. I'll never go there again for anything ever.

We had a septic back up in our basement. First we had miller come pump our tank to see if that would fix the issue. Unfortunately we had a clog in the line. So we called Smith to have a plumber attempt to fix the issue. Unfortunately they guy who showed up was unable to figure out what was wrong and seemed to just bail on the job. He was due to come out the next day. They never called and never showed up. So I went to Grand Rental and got a 100' snake. We were able unclog the line and our lines are working good. Shows me their plumbers are unskilled and very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

My bill was in the several thousand range. Plumbers were arrogant/annoying and I still find leaks from them not double checking their work. Unbelievable for how much money in cost. When contacted about issues they basically ignored it. They grab the money and that’s all they care about. I’ll never deal with them again. Beware

I have always had friendly service from Warner Home Comfort. We have gotten into a couple jams doing our own plumbing. They have gone out of their way to help us!! Top notch people! 🤗🤗
