After reading the reviews for Smith Piping, I know I'm justified in my negative review. Like the others, I was also ripped-off by Tim and his team. Devon arrived 4 hours late to my house only to spend less than 10 minutes resetting my pressure tank switch. I lost 4 hours on my paycheck because they "forgot about me." - exact quote from Tim.
I would strongly reconsider using this company for any of your plumbing needs. I'm sure there are businesses in Minerva who practice under good business ethics and respect and decency to their customers. I would suggest looking further than Carrollton for all your plumbing needs.

I must have spoken the truth to engaged your response. First, you were not at my house months ago. It was over a year ago, for a "quote," on a well pump, that you insisted was the problem. Not only the first time, but also the second time I called you. Consequently, your story has changed to a pressure tank. Could it be because I knew the pressure tank was the problem initially?
Second, you did not wait for over an hour for me, because my son and my boyfriend were home. Actually, when I arrived Devin was in the basement looking at my pressure tank. If they waited for over an hour, how could they have entered my house???
Third, you speak of other service calls, which can result in a late arrival. You told me Devin would be at my house between 7:30-8:00 am. When I called to inquire of your tardiness, your exact words to me were "we were all sitting at the table this morning, thinking, 'I know I'm forgetting something.'"
Tim, you will get your undeserved $100.00, but you should probably get your story straight before you post it on a public review of your own company. Great business practice!!

My neighbor and I had holding tanks replaced as we share a well and both needed replacements. My bill was over $1000 (almost double their estimate) and they refused to itemize bill. Tank alone was less than $200, hours worked @2. Called to get clarification. Just told me they were worth it and didn’t charge me enough. Wow. Also told me the customer is always wrong….exact quote!!!!

We have well water and didn't have any water! They were the only ones that made it a priority to get out here ASAP!

Chris did a terrific job working on the bathroom sink! There were multiple issues and he worked through each one and even went the extra mile to help clean up after! Really appreciate the work Warner Home Comfort does!

I cannot say enough good things about Warner Home Comfort! We are very satisfied customers who call them with any plumbing or heating problems we have. Tim, Joy, and the entire staff are professional, friendly, and go the extra mile to make sure their customers' needs are met. And, their prices are reasonable! I highly recommend them!

Was given a quote for work to be completed , I paid on time that exact amount once work was completed , months later I receive an additional bill for more money due which they marked past due. I called to ask about the bill and received attitude immediately . Went up to pay and ask again for an explanation to which I just received more attitude and was told if I needed any plumbing work done don’t call them ! I wish I would have read the reviews first ! Bad mistake on my part . Very rude and unprofessional . You can call me if I need to explain it to you again about why the low review. Poorly run business .

They are very expensive, also very rude and arrogant. I'm sure they'll have a response to justify their actions but I have a right to my opinion. I would not recommend them.

Based upon their response, I'd also say they lie in an attempt to make themselves look good.

They updated their response so I will as well. We questioned their unfair business practices but paid a portion of the bill. The intention was to pay it but due to the high unexpected charges, we were going to make payments. They didn't accept the first of 4 payments and instead took us to court. It was only 2 weeks after receiving the bill so they wasted no time. Unfortunately, we lost because the judge said we were "contractually obligated." Don"t really understand that. Now we also have to pay court costs. Reluctantly the owner agreed to us making payments. It seems they are used to suing people because I heard the clerk say to the owner, "usually Joy is here." What does that tell you? DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

My husband installed a pressure tank but we still didn't have water. I called to have them come out, but Jeff talked my husband through "checks" and was able to help him get the water running as it should be. I can't say enough about how professional and how thankful we are! I think it speaks mountains about a company that is willing to try to help over the phone to walk you though an issue to see if we could avoid a visit and a costly bill. Thank you, Jeff Warner! Septic line was clogged. They came right out….assessed the problem by running their snake down the sewer line access. We’re back Monday morning and dug up the clogged pipe at the septic tank and replaced it. They know what they are doing! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Went there several times to buy parts for a project. They always have a hard finding what I need and take forever writing up a receipt by hand - no registry. The gave me wrong advice and wrong parts on several occasions. Last time I went they told me they are not there to offer help with getting parts for my project but can be hired at $150/h. They told me I wasted 45 min if their time which was mostly spent by them trying to find parts. They definitly dont deserve my business in the future. They seem to have their plumbers spend all day in the store doing nothing, nobody hires them apparently

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Warner Home Comfort. I hired them specifically to address and remediate a water problem in a home. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they continued to charge me for every so-called “attempt” to resolve it—none of which produced any results.

Despite multiple visits and growing costs, the original water problem remains unresolved. I was charged repeatedly without any explanation as to why their solutions were not working or what would be done differently. This is completely unacceptable and borders on negligence.

When I called to discuss my concerns and to explain why I was withholding payment on the outstanding balance, I was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional response. Rather than offer any accountability or resolution, the individual I spoke with was dismissive, combative, and needlessly nasty.

Warner Home Comfort has failed to deliver on their contractual obligations and has treated me with blatant disrespect as a paying customer. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme care—if at all.

My kitchen and bathtub drain was plugged. I called and Chris came right away to fix this issue. He was very nice and polite.

Toilet wouldn't flush... they came "inspected" and recommended digging up the entire basement to replace what they said was a collapsed drain. We got a second opinion..turned out the toilet was broke. Good Lord steer clear of these people. They also charged 360 dollars to come and give the wrong diagnosis.

Absolutely fantastic service! Our home is an old one and the septic tank is about 40 years old and had no clean out on it. We had a blockage in our main drain to our septic. I rented a drain snake and worked on it for hours and couldn't get it. Called Warner Comfort and they had someone out the next day. The technician worked in the rain and had it completely fixed in a couple hours plus installed a septic clean out! Service is the best with knowledgeable employees who do great work. Highly recommended!

Well we were told this is a good place and they came out said they would send an estimate by Monday. Monday is gone. Any good business practice would have at least said something by today like I don't have all the information I need yet. I'll get back with you.
I didn't meet the person, my husband did but I know enough already.
We would have had plenty of work for them.
I wouldn't trust them.
