We had a wonderful experience with Native Landscapes. They were very prompt with scheduling at all stages of our project and very knowledgeable with a skilled, kind, and helpful crew. Marc, the owner/manager, designed two garden beds with beautiful native shrubs and perennials which includes a bed of milkweed plants for the monarchs. I love Native’s attention to environmentally friendly landscaping and look forward to working with them next year.

I had full confidence that the Native Team would do great job with the trimming and pruning of my shrubs - and they did. They were meticulous in their work and clean up. I want to use them again for extended work this spring.

Jesse did a great job taking our initial backyard ideas and creating a nice layout of natural plant and shrub plantings for the tree-shaded area. We also like all the shrubs and flowers Jesse recommended that were planted in the shrub beds around our back deck. Everything needed to be deer-resistant too. Our new redbud tree should also provide nice shade for our deck in the future. The installation crew was very good and readily moved a few shrubs in the back after we asked them to.
The only downside was Jesse said they could not get any of the wildflowers we requested for the tree-shaded area since none of their regular suppliers had them in stock this late in the year. Jesse replaced our wildflower choices with ferns without letting us know before the day of the planting. So no real chance to make any other choices. (20 ferns instead of 10 ferns and 10 wildflowers). We will have to get and plant the wildflowers on our own in the spring.

I highly recommend Native Landscapes & Gardens. In addition to weekly lawn maintenance and weeding of my garden beds by experienced crews, Marc successfully addressed the drainage issues I had had for years and planted 11 native trees to create a grove in my side yard. My yard looks great!

I discovered this landscaper late in the 2025 season and so glad I did. Jesse came out and went over my whole yard with me and we came up with a plan for a fall cleanup to start with. Explained their services very clearly and gave great suggestions.
I was so pleased with the work the crew did that I signed up for their services for 2026.
I have been searching for a company that actually does what I've asked for at the time in the season that I requested. I'm thrilled to have found one that also is so committed to natural practices in the landscape.

The work was done in a very well way by the small group of men. The evergreens were planted perfectly spaced, and the borders around the house were also well planted with the good plants that Marc had come up with. There was creativity, diligence and skill. I was very happy with the day and look forward to the Spring. For now I can look out the kitchen window and enjoy the beauty of the snow resting on the evergreen limbs. This was not a particularly cheap endeavor but , in the end, so well worth it.

I highly respect this company. Their communication is efficient. Their maintenance crew has been to perfection. And the owner helped us decide how to improve our lawn efficiently. His experience and knowledge has great depth. You will not go wrong using their services.

Native's installation and knowledge is top notch. From consult to implementation everyone we have worked with has been amazing. We recently moved into a new home that was severely lacking on the curb appeal. They installed 12 trees, many bushes and flowers, and did an overall cleanup of our beds. Highly recommend them if you are looking for someone with knowledge and vision to help guide you through the landscape design process.

Over the years I have had four landscape contractors. Native is by far the best and I have had some good ones. From Mark, the office staff, to TJ the foreman, people are responsive to request and what landscaper gives you chocolate at Christmas. Oh yes the actual work. We have them do the spring and fall clean up reasonably priced and well executed. they cut the grass every two weeks and the weed all the beds. As you can tell by this revue we are very satisfied

We had a great experience with Native! They were professional, efficient, responsive and kind. They created a beautiful space in our backyard with new plants and a refurbished patio. I liked how they replanted almost all of our plants in new locations in our yard!
