I don’t know what to tell you but I always have good experiences with Service Pros always they do a great job I remember one day that Josh came over for electric he fixed but we didn’t have electricity to see is it working it was electrical for the dishwasher and finally electricity came on and I saw is fixed that was amazing and one thing that it messed my water sink up I called Stephanie told that and I found out that the Lowe’s guy did that I called the Lowe’s and the guy told me that he messed up the plumbing in kitchen sink so he fixed and installed the dishwasher and I called Stephanie to explain and apologise for so I’m very happy with service pros the good working guys they have Josh Poe and Marty I recommend the Service Pros they are the best service providers in West Virginia and all over here I will give them 100% excellent customer service 👑👑👑👑🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️

I emailed because my heat was not working . The workers were very kind and helpful. They got the job done quickly and at a great price. I would definently recommend them to everyone.

Split unit hvac:
These people are the best. They are knowledgeable, honest, on time, and do quality work. You won't find a better company to do business with.

My air conditioning was leaking into my laundry room floor when I bought my house. I needed a repair man called these guys and the air conditioning guy was top notch and my a/c was fixed the same day! I highly recommend these guys.

Had a problem with my central air unit, it was blowing air but not warm. Called and talked to Stephanie, she was very polite and told me she can have someone down to take a look the next day. They were prompt and on time, and was able to get my heat back on in no time! Thank you guys so much!

I had a leak in my downstairs ceiling which turned out to be more painfully complicated than expected as the leak was originating from behind my bathtub stall. However, the servicemen, Adam together with Tim and John, figured out a workaround which reduced a two-day job down to a couple of hours or so which lessened the bill from four figures down to three. And this was all done on the same day I called. They were courteous and efficient, and they answered my many questions very graciously. They made a very stressful time a little less stressful, and I am very grateful for that.

We are a small tea shop chain based out of Dayton and got invited to open another location in Ashland. We contacted a handful of contractors for the project but eventually chose Now Service Pros. The owner is very reasonable on price and most importantly he is a man with integrity. Whatever he says to u, he would get it done. Go with them and it will save u tons of troubles.

Stephanie was very nice in helping me set up my appointment to repair my heat system. Shane and Josh were very nice and professional in fixing everything ans getting it done in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the service that I was provided by them.

My family and I moved to Catlettsburg and purchased a semi-"fixer-upper" house a few years ago. Since that purchase, we have called on Now Service Pros on several occasions. Over the past three years, Now Service Pros has completed the following:
Shown up to repair frozen/burst water lines at 8PM during the winter months;
Repaired old heat pump that lost its fan and coolant charge (which led to the next item);
Installed two new heating and cooling systems (1st floor followed by 2nd floor units; including duct work);
Built our new detached garage;
Repaired plumbing and installed new dishwasher while I was out-of-town.

After recent repairs by NSP, I came upon this site with reviews. After reading all of the reviews, I can say I am honestly shocked. Representatives from Now Service Pros have been respectful of our home and family while providing quality work at a REASONABLE price. Yes, I have found cheaper estimates from other people, but I have also learned (the hard way) that you get what you pay for. Also, one of our earliest repairs fell within the time frame of our home warranty after purchase/closing. I was able to listen to the Now Service Pro representative talk to the home warranty company regarding approval of warranty coverage of the repairs. I have to agree with the owner/moderator of NSP...from what I heard, the home warranty companies try to find every way they can to deny or delay a coverage request.
We have relied on Now Service Pros for nearly all of our renovations and repairs (aside from small tasks which we brave on our own) and will continue to do so in the future. NSP, thank you for all that you have done.

New update. Less than a week ago during the high heat of our summer, our air conditioning went out without notice. Gave NOW Service Pros a call to inquire about saving us from the summer heat. They were able to come out and quickly troubleshoot our air-conditioning unit. Unfortunately, it was not something as easy as replacing a simple piece so they were able to get a new mini split air conditioner installed that day and had us back and comfortable evening. Once again, truly grateful to NOW Service Pros and all of their staff for the quick help.

Had trouble with my central heating and air. It was blowing warm when it was supposed to be cold. When I called they said it would be three days before they could come out. They manged to fix in in less then two days. They were very nice and professional and very timely.

I had a problem with my shower stopping up and leaks around my toilet. Spoke to a Stephanie who was very nice and told me that they could have someone out in a few days to get an estimate and get it fixed for me. She ended up sending someone the next day. It’s was an easy fix that took barley took that day to fix. Haven’t had problems with it since.

I have used Now Service Pros for multiple issues. They have completely overhauled my HVAC System, installed a whole-home generator, have done cosmetic work in my finished basement after a major water event, and upgraded my plumbing system in one of my bathrooms.

They have ALWAYS been consistently professional with every job they have done for me. They clean up after themselves well and have kept any construction messes to a minimum. They have been on-time for every single appointment. They are my “first call” when emergencies happen!

Prompt, very polite, response time was very fast, Work was done perfectly.

Now Service Pros were prompt and courteous when repairing my HVAC. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. I got a whole new combo unit and all new metal duct work due to a racoon destroying the existing ducts.

There are cheaper options, but the adage, "you get what you pay for" rings true. They came in at their estimate even though some surprises came up.

I can't recommend them enough.

The tech was helpful and Polite very respectful. Gave me information about the hot water tank.

They responded very fast and was honest with what was needed for repair. Work was done professionally and finished ahead of schedule for completion. Will definitely continue to use them anytime I can.

My AC went out today, the day before the 4th, and they were able to schedule me in between customers. The tech was professional and fixed my split unit on the spot. The office manager, Ashley, was stellar to work with and even checked in with me to let me know where I was on the schedule and after the job was completed! Awesome
