Dont waste your time and money like i did. You can't count in this company at all.

I called to schedule an estimate. They charge you close to a hundred bucks but when you schedule the repair that money goes towards it. My water was off so I was desperate. I paid it and attempted to schedule a repair to a leak in a water line. I had to call to even get the estimate because no one had contacted me in 3 days. I had taken a day off work and after waiting 2 hours from the time given to me I called to find they weren't coming. Rescheduled it and they canceled again. Requested my refund since I attempted to book the job solely because I had put that money towards it but they would not refund it even after the horrible experience. I requested to have a manager call me, they couldn't even manage that.

Do not use this company. I will never recommend them to anyone. It's a total rip off.

WARNING BEWARE: Scheduled an appointment for HVAC/air duct cleaning and the guy never showed up after I took the day off work. Called and they apologized and said he had something come up and I rescheduled and took another day off work. They called me 5 mins before the new appointment time to tell me they don’t even clean HVAC/air ducts. Whoever is running this company clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing so I wouldn’t trust the quality of their services. I’m out 2 days pay and the owner doesn’t even have to decency to call and apologize. Definitely nothing “pro” about Now Service Pros.

Response to owners reply: He responds to my review and says the truth is I tried to get a date with his employee and he was forced to refuse service to me. What a joke this guy is. That is a complete lie and speaks to the owners character.

This company installed a new heating/air-conditioning unit and a new furnace for us in September 2024. Due to winter and coldness in our area we turned on our heat. The heat does not work properly , per a representative by the name of Jessica, “they would not come out and repair their unit that they installed, It’s not their problem the unit doesn’t work”. Supposedly this comment was made by the owner per Jessica

If you need a new heating and air unit by all means STAY AWAY from this company
They will only take your money and not install your units properly

I will start off saying if you ever have to go with this company plz at least get a 2nd opinion. They are who my home warranty went thru. I have 2 bathroom showers not draining and toilets not flushing. A young man showed up by himself the 3 times they came. His conclusion came to i needed a 3rd cleanout put in which cost close to $1000. Turns out insurance doesn't pay for that and just bought this home in September so extra money isn't just floating around. Spoke with several others that didn't think this cleanout was making much sense so I paid to have 2nd opinion. I'm glad I did this, 1st day they was here their conclusion was collapsed pipe inside the home so next day they came out with camera which confirmed it. 30 feet of collapsed pipe so far. Hope no more than that. Home warranty won't let me go thru another company because of their technicians diagnosis, which clearly is wrong. We can't afford to pay out of pocket rn so I called and talked to the lady in the office and I explained everything to her so she said shed talk to owner and have him call me no later than 8am this morning. Never got the call and dont believe I will after reading all the reviews. Actually now I'm glad I didnt. I understand mistakes n misdiagnois happen but to not even hear the customer out and want to make sure the rt thing is fixed and fixed rt is inexcusable and unprofessional. SO THIS GOES STRAIGHT TO THE OWNER THAT JUST POSTED THAT RIDICULOUS ACCUSATION. YOUR SO CHILDISH, YOU CANT HANDLE YOUR BAD REVIEW DUE TO IGNORANCE SO YOU RAGE LIKE A CRAZY PERSON. MY HUSBAND WAS HERE WHILE THE YOUNG TECH(YOUR SON THAT WAS INCORRECT) WAS HERE. LMAO GROW UP SIR MY OLDEST IS THAT YOUNG TECHS AGE. 😂 ONLY SICK TWISTED INDIVIDUALS THAT THINK THAT WAY ARE THAT WAY. Run as fast as you can!! Do NOT ever use this company! Scam artist at work here. I hired him for a complete remodel and had to fire him after 13.5 months and not even 50% of the work completed. He keeps making empty promises of completion and nothing. Funny how any negative review posted here it is always the customers fault and never his. These are photos taken after being in contract with him for 13.5 months and payout on a renovation loan of over $110,000. Do NOT make the same mistake I did by trusting him. Run Forest Run fast! He doesn’t even deserve 1 star!

I cannot recommend this company to do business with. I called them Friday set up an appointment for Monday. The electrician never showed. I called Tuesday morning. The office manager said he would be here first thing Wednesday he never showed so I called and the office manager told me that the owner of the company said they did not service our area and would not be coming out the day before Thanksgiving. If they had let me know this from the start I would’ve gotten someone else so thank you Mr. owner no lights and no electricity on Thanksgiving in my dining room.

I called to have a building looked at for repair. The men meeting me to give the bid was almost and hour late. I waited 5 days for the bid. Called the office and was told I would have it by the end of the day yesterday. As of today I still had not received the bid. I called the office and asked about it, and the receptionist informed me that it was not a job they wanted to take on at this time. I had waited for nearly a week and now I have to start the process of finding a new contractor all over again. A simple text, email or phone call would have been the professional thing to do. I would not recommend this company.

Avoid this company at all costs. In my opinion, this company does poor quality work. They are also slow and unprofessional. Company tried to change the scope of work during my job to do less and threatened to walk off job after blundering through the first part of it, and they charged for extras that were very questionable to finish job after starting. They left the job a mess that I had to hire another contractor to fix after they claimed to have finished. I will never work with them again. Ashland has many other quality contractors and plumbers in the area that are better.
