BEST.PLUMBER.EVER. Trust me, I don't write reviews... 15 (no lie) separate pin hole leaks in my pipes and numerous plumbers later, I stumbled on Pescsra Plumbing.. Eric and his crew FINALLY solved my problems! He was fair, efficient, affordable and conscientious. Hopefully, I'll never need him again. But, if I do need a plumber again their is no one else I'd call.
I had a water in my basement. They came out right away. Put in pit and sump pump, rerouted some plumbing lines. They were quick on efficient. Also reasonable priced. Best decision I ever made. Thanks guys.

We hired them through our home warranty to snake our bathroom sink drain. They showed up on time and got the job done fairly quickly. The plumber was nice to. However, he didn't show up with booties to put on when coming into the house. And after he left, i realized our bathtub now had a pool of black water sitting in it that wouldn't drain. He didn't even check the tub before he left. We live in an old house, and apparently some of our pipes are rigged weird. So, when I called back to have them come fix the bathtub, they were going to charge me for the job since it wasn't part of the original home warranty claim! Really? The tub is backed up because of your service, but they insisted our pipes are routed incorrectly and it wasn't their fault. It all ended up getting fixed, and the plumber did feel bad. He gave me his personal cell phone number in case he has issues, which I greatly appreciated. But the customer service of the company could have been better.
Thankfully i have not had to utilize a plumbing service in the past until now and if I do going forward I will be using Pescara. Not only would I use them I will recommend them to anyone I know. They truly care about the customer and that was shown in my situation. I have a home warranty plan and they contracted Pescara. Pescara was responsive and had a plan set in place to come replace my hot water tank asap. They had the tank, were prepared with any other parts needed, had the time picked out which they were flexible to work with us on, and then the home warranty plan put a halt to it all. The home warranty folks with Choice Home Warranty said they had to order the tank and would not issue a go ahead for Pescara to pick up a tank in my town and install it. Choice said it would be 5 business days at least for the tank to arrive. Pescara though along with myself went to bat for us. Pescara pushed and pushed Choice to make us happy and get us hot water back. We were without hot water, have kids, had family coming into town and Choice didn't care. They were out to save money and not value the customer. Pescara though - - all about the customer - - and working to make the customer happy. With their drive, they got Choice to accept them picking up the tank in my town and installing it immediately. We went from having to wait at least 5 days for hot water to having it the next day. Would of had it same day if Choice didn't hold it up. Not only was the customer service great at Pescara - - the install went great as well and the technician was cordial, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Pescara and I would recommend them to anyone!
